Oral Minoxidil will not cause aging

Doc , how long after the transplant can I use minoxidil on my head ( including the transplanted area . Thanks

After the crusts come off, use 2% Minoxidil once a day for 2 weeks. If all is well and no excessive redness switch to 5% Minoxidil.

Doctor... i have diffuse thinning completely on top but good density in donor area and I've been on minoxidil and finasteride for 2-3 years...am i a good candidate for hair transplant.....i don't think i have dupa but dpa in my case

Hi, What is your cost for BHT? I could not find that on your website. Also, if I have had a FUT in the past which appears between a grade 1 and grade 2. Would you consider doing an SMP and BHT on the scar in one session? Or Would you just do one or the other? Please advise. Cheers

Would it be a bad idea for someone who's willing to wear a hair system to undergo a hair transplant to thicken the sides and back using the top hair? With diffuse thinning it's harder to conceal the hair piece because there would be a clear line separating fake hair from real hair due to the difference of hair thickness.

Hi Dr I am 20 years old hair loss pattern is DPA and Is it necessary to take minoxidil in conjunction with finasteride because i just want to maintain my existing hair bcoz minoxidil is expensive for us 😅, also I contacted to take a consultation but the cost I can’t afford right now I am likely going to take a consultation by next 3 -4 months, Thank you

Finaestride help in maintaining hairline by blocking DHT wheras minoxidil act as vasodilator (wides blood vesseles thus increasing blood supply to hair) , for maintaining current density and hairline, finaestride alone is enough in my opinion

Dear Dr, I had my transplant done a year back. Hair growth is normal but these planted hairs have gone kinky and too much dry, but my natural hairs were never so. Worried if they will become normal on their own or require any medication ?

Yes Dr, I am taking 1 mg Finax, twice in a week. 5% Minoxidil once daily. Please let me know if something can be done for kinky and dry hair.

Stress is definitely an epigenetic factor, however root cause is genetic for androgenic alopecia
