Very good and nice information, here some architect, engineers and contractors are misleading public to unwanted expenses, they do recommend columns on ground floor but not on first floor….strange…if the foundation is on footing pillar and cross beam….I believe it’s done or sufficient for two storey house …..for multi storied building the entire load is on pillars and hollow blocks or similar light weight blocks can be used to fill the wall….please advise or correct if I am wrong.

Thanks...... For clarification...... You try to convey that there should be upper beams to be connected between the pillars for load distribution. Otherwise there is a chance of cracks on the joining parts of brick and pillar. Somehow the video spread wrong message that the pillars should be avoided while doing construction with bricks.

Yeah 1. if there is pillar it should be connected to pillar. 2. What is the solution for the cracks in vertical line between brick and pillar? 3. What is the solution to avoid vertical line and hence a failed structure ?

Sir, my brother is constructing a 2700 sq ft two storey building. The contractor has used 10 mm and 8 mm steel bars for erecting pillars on all corners of the house. Will it create any problem and cause damage to the building in the future due to poor strength of the pillar since in your videos you have said that 12 mm and 8 mm steel bars are to be used without fail for erecting pillars. Kindly clarify my apprehensions.

No , it’s not needed , urava undakunna sthalamanenkil foundation kooduthal sradhikkuka , 15 cm DPC ( belt ) mathiyakum . Earth loose aanenkil foundation urappakkan vendathu cheyyuka... this type of pillars not help you.

1,These pillars could not help to retain the earthquake because it’s not a complete structure,, and this pillars act as to transmit the vibration to the super structure 2,generally our (Kerala)construction methods are un able to withstand earthquake 3, comparatively framed structures are good but it should be a complete framed structure especially with beams too

No , ഭിത്തികൾക്കിടയിൽ ആവശ്യമില്ലാതെ pillar കൾ നൽകേണ്ടതില്ല , pillar നൽകിയാൽ അവ connect ചെയ്ത് roof level ൽ beam കൂടി നൽകുക . otherwise it’s waste and wrong

@@ratheeshdivakaran2254 അതിനു ഇത് ബീം എടുക്കാൻ ആകുന്നെ ഉള്ളൂ.. മുകളിൽ എടുക്കും.. പിന്നെ ഇത് എത്ര നില ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌ ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞില്ല.. ഒരു 3 or 4 ഉണ്ടെകിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ എടുക്കുന്നത് ആണ് ബെസ്റ്റ്

You mean double storey house , or cut off ,, double storey വീടുകൾക്ക് ആണെങ്കിലും pillar ആവശ്യമില്ല , video യിൽ പറയുന്നത് dead pillars നെ പറ്റിയാണ് , അതായതു മുകളിൽ beam ഇല്ലാതെ ഭിത്തികൾക്കിടയിൽ കൊടുക്കുന്ന pillar കൾ അതാവശ്യമില്ല .

but they are framed structure, പക്ഷെ വീടുകൾക്ക് പില്ലറുകൾ മാത്രമേ നൽകാറുള്ളൂ roof level ൽ ബീമുകൾ നൽകാറില്ല .so that is not a completed structure.

സാർ. സാറിന്റെ ഈ ചാനൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ആണ് എന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽപ്പെടുന്നത്. സബ്സ്ക്രൈബ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്റെ ഒരു സംശയം ഒന്ന് പരിഹരിക്കാൻ ഒന്ന് സഹാക്കുമോ .1100square feet ഉള്ള ഒരുനില വീടാണ് എനിക്കുള്ളത്. ഇതിന്റെ മുകളിൽ 900square feet ഉള്ള ഒരു നിലകൂടി വീടിന്റകത്തു കൂടി pillar വാർത്തു നിർമ്മിച്ച തരാമെന്നു ഒരു മേസ്തിരി പറയുന്നു . ഇപ്പഴത്തെ വീടിന്റെ ഫൌണ്ടേഷൻ രണ്ടുനിലക്ക് താങ്ങാൻ. പറ്റുന്നതല്ല . അകത്തു കൂടി pillar അടിച്ചു രണ്ടുനില പണിയാൻ. പറ്റുമോ സാർ . ബലം കിട്ടുമോ ഒന്നു മറുപടി തന്ന് സഹായിക്കുമോ .

Hashim 3 നില വീടാണെങ്കിൽ corner പില്ലർ മുകളിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോവുകയും അവ തമ്മിൽ connect ചെയ്ത് roof level ൽ ബീം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്താൽ നല്ലതാണ് . ബീം ചെയ്യാതെ pillar മാത്രം ഉയർത്തിരിക്കുക അത് തെറ്റാണ് ..
