Hi Great content again! One doubt- do we have to do imt or provide alternative core competency certificate if we have passed all three mrvp exams? Do we still have to provide the alternate certificate or can we enter training directly.

There is no harm in it. But they don't have much jobs for freshers in the NHS system.

College don't matter. Choose whichever is doing MTI. Every specialty has its own process for MTI. It can't be covered in a video
