So regarding the statue of Uinen next to the holding cells in Armenelos - Ramsey Avery commented on it in his Oxonmoot interview and said that that area used to be a place of study for the city’s lore masters, and their rooms were what were now being used as holding cells, as at this point few people really cared anymore about the past or scholarly study
