MDickie is a legend. One man and he has somehow turned his joke of a games into some of the best wrestling games out there. True dedication in to the craft.

Lance Storm was also in a WWE, ECW and WCW game. He was a unlockable character in one of the ECW games and was in Backstage assault

What about Benoit in SVR 2008? I know his moves could still be reached by Gameshark. His finisher was called the "Clippler Crossface" (sic). I don't think there were any models or anything, though.

Yeah I had that initially, but I didn't want to include all of the wrestlers were that were taken out of games because that would get repetitive after awhile. I also had Big Cass being taken out of 2k19, Big Show being taken out of no mercy, and others. And I wanted to keep the video down to 40 topics. I wanted a lengthy video but not overly lengthy video.

Some good news for you mate, not sure if your familiar with Scott Jay, but he recently made a mod of SVR 08 with Benoits model included, if i'm correct, it's his SVR 08 model, or a recreation of it within the game, not his SVR 07 Model. There's some other models ripped from 07 but they retain the slightly glossy, shiny look that 08 is famous for

Appreciate that bro! Yeah I wasn't necessarily "in" the bumpmeister community. I was a 13 year old kid who saw cool edits in a wrestling game I liked. I knew of Teryo law but didn't really know much past that. I didn't even know it was a community until I heard a New Legacy Inc member mention the term "bumpmeister" on one of their streams and it brought all the memories back from over a decade ago. I tried to look up some more things about the community or anything in general, but info online was really scarce so I just decided to mostly include this entry based on my memory.

a 1st person view in a wrestling game for match play would be AMAZING, fun and an interesting addition

Nice video but some corrections: Lance Storm is available in games from WWE, ECW, and WCW as well as Raven. "Predator Technology" was the engine to interrupt active moves and encourage more realistic transitions in a match, not specifically a wake-up taunt. Also, the "generic garbage" nWo theme in Wrestlemania X8 was actually produced by Jim Johnston and used by the WWENWO in real life too.

Late response but I finished watching the video and it was good

I still remember everything from 2K20. After a few months of this torture I went back to 2K19. It´s still a great game. 8:08 I think one of the new features of the new engine in WWE 12 was that you could change directions while performing a move. For example while doing a spinbuster you can turn left and right. Only works with some moves though.

This channel is so underrated keep up the good work 💪

I don't think The Undertaker will ever leave WWE games because he is such an important part of wrestling history and the greatest wrestler of all time. but if there is ever a game that does not have him then I'm starting a fire at 2K or who ever works on WWE games in the future

16:54 Speaking of that survey thing, I think WWE SuperCard was possibly a mixture between options 2 and 3. I play SuperCard and it's a turn-based RPG, plus the training/pro carding feature in that game, alongside with pitting said train cards against opponent cards, especially a mildly story-based Campaign Mode. The game is at its tenth season, so that's the reason why it might be based from that said survey.

Sanders Keel, (formerly of THQ) mentioned on the Insiders Edge podcast that he took reference photos of Owen and Goldust two weeks before the accident for Wrestlemania 2000 for N64. So Owen was going to actually going to be in a good 3D wrestling game. There's still hope yet since AEW Games announced that he's going to be Yuke's AEW game with the WWF No Mercy director Hideyuki 'Geta-san" Iwashita, which might be called Fight Forever. I really hope it's a good game.

Booker T's theme is a remix of a licensed track called "Rap Sheet". The main portion after "Can You Dig It Sucka" was also used by Booker and his brother in WCW as Harlem Heat. As demonstrated by AEW, the Hardy theme also is a popular licensed track that appears as BGM. It's a licensed track called "Loaded". Thanks for the video.

Ah yes, the magic wand storyline. I encountered this while playing as William Regal (who still wears the USA bikini as a woman). Anyway you get hit on by Viscera, face Candice at the end in female form and then afterwards you learn the whole thing was a coma dream (the wand shot at the beginning put you out for quite a while).

The Super Fire Pro Wresting ending is sooo weird… until you realize it was written by Suda51 then it all kind of makes sense lol

It really sucks that when it comes to wrestlin games, we don't have that many good options. I really love these games but the choices for whats there feels like could use more in the catalogue. And it makes sense, these aren't easy to make games, but it still sucks that its like this. Maybe hopefully down the line, we'll get more entries for people to try out

Fred Durst is also in WWF Raw on the PC/ original Xbox but surprisingly he's not in Wrestlemania X8 on the gamcube which Undertaker also uses "Rollin" in aswell.

I think it's talking about wrestlers court. Taker had a "court" where he would judge wrestlers for backstage or in ring mistakes. And sometimes he'd give out pretty harsh punishments

Not really, Mayhem 2 was meant to be more of a Backstage Assault 2 than really Mayhem.

No. He was only in WWE and ECW games. He's often mistaken as being in the TNA Impact game, but he wasn't. He was in a Legends of wrestling game, but that's not really a "company".

Those screenshot from PSM have nothing to do with AKI's WCW game. They're from a canceled PS2 of Backstage Assault. It's right there in the article. "Release date: Q4 2000" and I know for sure AKI weren't working on a WCW and WWF game at the same time.

9:06 This one always felt off, spcecialy because Thw Hardys theme song is just a sample from a public library soundboard (Thats why AEW can use it with no problem, unlike other wwe themesongs)

It isn't. The Hardys song "Loaded" was created by Zack Tempest and was never owned by the WWE, they had to pay him to use the song, so i guess they failed to reach an agreement to use the song in Shut Your Mouth and WM X8.

It was related to the cover athlete Randy Orton being the Apex Predator. It was just marketing. They rebuilt the engine and allowed you to interrupt moves as well.
