i like the section job but please put a reinforcement plate across the gap so that its stronger than factory
That frame machine pays for itself over and over, great job!
I can't tell you how many times I've heard "Once the frame is bent, it will never be right again..." so I'm completely flabbergasted every time I see you guys do this. It's one of my favorite things to watch you do. Maybe sometime you will talk us through the process a little bit more... stressing and then relief hits and whatnot. Anyway... you guys always seem to pull of the "impossible". So glad you share your work with us.

You can bend them back but only once or they crack . Now high tensile frames you toss in the bin .

Pulling this frame is not an acceptable repair for such a new vehicle,If it was my vehicle and it was that new and low mileage,I would not accept this repair. Then again these are the same guys that took a Chevy frame that was bent From a fire not from an accident used it anyway even after the temper was out of the steel ,to the point it sagged down and the bent it back. This is the only way they can fix these destroyed vehicles and make money. The worst part is these vehicles compete on the Used market with your nice clean one owner , never wrecked and straighten out truck. These trucks were designed to pull heavy Trailers for hundreds of thousands of miles this frame will not do that it will fatigue and crack because of the impact and pulls put on it. These guys are scabs, They don’t fix things right if you want to see something fixed right ,you have to watch Vehcor
Great job Ivan 👏 on the framework. The new shop truck for the Niko Brothers. It's going to be great seeing the finished product 👌.
When you section a frame rail, you should always add a step down never a straight vertical cut also taper your ends so you get a good burn through.

They just want to sell it and make money. You should not have to tell them how to fix it right, i thought they know what they are doing. Guess not.

super exelent job💯💥💯💥💯💥🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Richard From Puerto Rico
I’m starting a side business I bought my first project off Copart love it!! Thanks for the inspiration Ivan and Michael!!!
Looking Great
Good job boys, yellow is the right coller for the Bronco😊
I enjoy these truck rebuild projects. It’s interesting to watch your great work in making these wrecked trucks look like new again!
wow guys you do a very good work
Good advise regarding step down frame cutting and additional reinforcement plates.
good repair job, add gussets where needed for extra strenght...! the leafspring bolt @ the tank, remove and install 180 degrees out...
Nice job.
Looks great, I personally would weld in some long bars inside the frame rails to reinforce the sections from support square bar in front to the rear one.
Working the magic....once again. Fascinating to say the least on these frame jobs and with all of the wiring and lines everywhere. A headache for lots of us, even when at your age! Will be watching to the end for another complete resurrection of the four wheel kind.
Great job Ivan splicing that in stronger and better than oem. You too Michael getting the new bed. Thanks John from Arizona
Great video, love your channel👍👍👍
Good job, I was doubtful but you pulled it off!!
Excellent job
Buddy good job congratulations
Aye nice one boys no ones gony know aw yess. Frame machine is the boy aw good fae Scotland
Good job on the frame you can't tell it was wrecked like when you do .trucks
Ivan, the splice is the right way to go, but the trouble is you make it look sooooo easy and it is not, that's pro's for you doing a fantastic job as usual. Just another day at the shop for you guys. Looking forward to the next episode......👍👍👍
Remove a patch of metal from the old bed too fix the hole in the cab on the passenger side as needed ?
Ivan, you don’t have to drop the gas tank for that leaf spring bolt. Just move it in enough to cut the bolt head off with a saws-all then put the new bolt in the other direction.
@peterstgermain1454
Жыл бұрын
That’s bad advise. Why do you think that the bolt is faced out in the first place? If you got hit in that spot the end of the bolt would rupture the fuel tank.

Always love watching Ivan do frame and body work, looks great.
You guys are masters with that frame machine. I love watching them come back into shape. Can't wait to see it drive down the road....Straight!
Fantastic! Incredible talent. 👍🇬🇧
Yes it looks good
Fantastic job
It is looking great to me. Great work guys. Can't wait to see the finished product.
Very hard work completed well done 👍
Awesome You are the master, Beautiful pull cant believe how square it came out, Bravo
Thanks for sharing the great job of straightening, cutting and welding the new chassis part. All with great precision. I already told you, the chassis, that is your specialty. 👍

Maybe you should consider fish-plating your frame joint just for added strength and confidence.

Yes the butt weld needs some plating.

I would highly recommend it as well. With the aft spring mount behind the weld, it will put a tremendous amount of stress on that joint (especially when you tow something) and it could easily fail with a load. Better to be safe than sorry IMHO.

Gosh that’s amazing, good job
nice job guys
Fantastic job‼️
Frame looks great. You guys do excellent work.
Looks real good to me
Considering the duramax has a fire warped straightened frame under it, no surprised this one is being repaired vs replaced lol.
Hola saludos desde CDMX de 🇲🇽👍, que bonita camioneta 🤟
That worked out perfectly! Great job boys!
Cool to see you guys do this.
Awesome work
Great job brother God bless
Ivan in my opinion you did a great job with the frame machine and welding. So good that I wouldn’t hesitate in buying it if I was in need of a good truck.
The splice on the frame looks good as a lot of us. I think you should add a reinforcement on top of the weld of course in the inside for good measures, maybe a diamond style. But it is going to look great BTW keep it the original color. Keep up the good work guys take care. Thanks 😊
Now that is what I call engineering, is there no end to this guy's talents 😀😀😀
Saludos desde Mexicali bajá California me gusta un chingo ver sus videos yo también compro en Copart ánimo
Great video again guys coming along nicely
Like magic!
Great job on the truck frame Ivan. Just like new only us 6,000 plus viewers will know, plus those that view after me. The bed really fits perfect. Once painted no one will know except us guys. Good job on choosing the bed Michael.
Great job on the Frame Ivan. You guys are awesome brothers.
Great work.

Great job as always.yall always do great work . Thanks for the videos. That will be just as good as it was before the wreck.

Very light duty frame for a ‘super duty’ truck.
It's so satisfying watching the frame being bent back keep up the good work

Yes replacing the frame is much harder cost more but it's more reliable
Great job Ivan! I too agree with many of the comments below. You definitely should sister across the weld repair if possible. Suggest top and bottom most important for vertical loads, potholes and bed loads.
Ivan you sure do good work!
Perfect!! Exactly how I would of fixed it!! I have been doing rebuilders for decades now and driving them! Never had issues with any of my repairs!
Looking good 👍 from here 🥴
I would say 95%of the time we section things in frame, uni body rails, dog leg,b piller,a piller have done a lot of rear clips in my time....as long as it's done properly and sealed from elements it will last as long as rest of the car/truck. But you do. Have a lot of hack job shops out there and people who are cheap.if you can't afford to do it right the first time where are you going to find time and money to do it over?.... awesome job guys I like the fact you go to salvage yards and get used parts that you are not just panel hangers.you don't save money using dealer parts even with a shop discount it will put you above budget and cut into your profits because you have to get paid to your labor isn't free....👍👌✌️🇺🇲🇺🇸
Amazing job guys honesty still loving the content 🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
What does Ford say about welding high strength steel. I know many frames are stamped all over with "do not drill" because it weakens the heat treating. Nice job so far.
Looks solid, I wouldn't expect any issues.
Ivan was the only one of us that didn't see the floor jacking tipping over 🤪🤪🤪
Great job, it is going to be a nice truck to own.
Call Ford and ask them If the fram needs to be replaced. Make sure you sell it as a salvage title rebuild.that way people know what they are getting.
Ivan outstanding progress on the frame repair! It won't be long and we'll see you doing a road test!
Hey that was pretty cool watching you straighten out that frame! Never seen how that was done before and it looks like you did a great job! As far as the bolt on the leaf spring, I would think that it could be cut off and replaced by just putting it back in the other direction? Sure would be a lot easier than pulling the fuel tank, and seems like it wouldn’t matter which way it was in there!
I’m sure the section job on the frame will be just as good as the section of the quarter on the Challenger. 😂😂
trabalho muito bom gosto de ver e aprender a usar as tecnicas de trabalho.
I am impressed the way everything is coming together on your shop truck. All the best in your work. You certainly are not letting the grass grow under your boots. 😊
My son just did a 90-hour welding class. Basically welding all day every day. His instructors said if a weld is done correctly, it becomes stronger than the surrounding metal.
In some jurisdictions, you need an independent engineer to sign off to certify a big repair like this is done right to get vehicle registration. Do you need anything checked off before you get this vehicle back on the road?

Hey Niko brother a nother great video on the shop truck and tow rig u guys put out the best content
Hi Just some days work 👌
It's like this guy lost a bet and has to take off every nut and bolt by hand and isn't allowed to use a cordless ratchet or impact. 🙂
I am quite surprised in how well you have fixed that frame rail.
The OEM WAY is to change the whole frame,
Should be a sleeve inside the frame to plug weld for strength. We have done rebuilders for 40 years and would never just butt weld a frame. But to each there own!
