when there was a group b mechanics had to pick and clean fingertips and blood from the cars ppl would stick their hands out to touch them in the old days ! I was told this by an old works WRC mechanic , the Portuguese got it banned and basically helped cause the retirement of Audi and the eventual ban of group b ! They would block the street and move as the car passed u til some deaths with drivers and spectators alike

You have the spirit my friend. If you can feel yourself in the driversseat and get pumped, you should spend about 2000 bucks in rallycross and you are good to go. It's impossible to get more fun on earth for less money on a regular basis.

The clip at 4:01 is probably one of the greatest motorsport clips I've ever seen. Car going by at blistering speed on a dirt road, while taking a jump while you can hear the engine buzzing at the rev limiter while the car hangs in the air, all while spectators are hanging out and cheering them on.
