How to wrap a wine bottle or any bottle in cellophane paper to give as a gift. Materials needed: Cellophane paper 40", scissors, bow with long strips of ribbon to tie at the top, measuring tape, painter's tape (optional)

I bought the roll at Nashville Wraps Online but it was a few years ago. I no longer have the gift basket business. I rolled out the cellophane and then cut it and layered it as I had 100 bottles to wrap. This was the easiest and fastest way to do this. Thank you Pamela. :)
