l think that is an industrial dryer... called 'heat gun', available at big hardware stores.

Thank you for your question. In this video, the excess wrap is tucked and taped under the basket until ready to shrink. Then our designer used the heat gun to shrink down and seal the excess. Thank you for watching! - Pioneer Imports & Wholesale

NancyCuba Amador I apologize for the delay in responding. We do not sell the Impulse Sealer, so we do not know it's capabilities. We only sell shrink rolls and sleeves that are polyolefin.
