Aldo Nova (that’s the lead singers name), is in his mid 60’s and has a video of him a year or two ago rocking this song here on KZread! He still kills it!

Thank G-d for Canada in the early 1980s for providing us with some of the coolest hard rock of the era. Some great hard rockin' songs from Canadian bands from this era: Red Rider "Lunatic Fringe," Triumph "Fight the Good Fight," Vandenberg "Burning Heart" and Helix "Heavy Metal Love."

The song came out during my French exchange in Quebec City. I had it playing on the ghetto blaster walking around the neighborhoods at night with my counterparts.

Shawn & Mel, I remember his name, but not his music. He rocks!! Apparently he had 2 more top 20 hits on the US Mainstream Rock chart.

That's awesome, that you did the actual video. I remember when this video came out, MTV was still new, and this was an unusually cool video, with more than just a band on a stage. And Aldo was like this legend-in-the-making that everyone knew about. Didn't really work out, though.
