I didn't do anything special, just shop at kroger alot. I created an account for my friend who started couponing last year 2023 and she asked the same question. I told her because her account is new it takes a little while to get them. May 2024 was the first time she got and then again in June.They give best customer bonus coupons based on your purchase history. For example, I bought Kroger brand cornflakes for $2.19 and paid full price. After buying it a couple of times, I got a best customer bonus for a free box. I also get bonuses for Clean & Clear because I buy them often. Shopping at Kroger very frequently helps. That's just my experience with it. Hope this helps!
