@@troysage Am I going to see a cow crossing out there? Lol. Currently, I drive 5 minutes to my kids’ schools, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and 10-15 to Stonebriar Mall. I think this would need to be in the $300K range for me to sacrifice my location. $400K is a good price for the current market, but just not enough for me, personally, when weighing the pros n cons of where we’re already at. Enjoyed the video though. 👍🏼

@@YT-bv7ke high demand for sure with an average of 37 people a day becoming residents per day. Great schools and Frisco continues to be a hot spot in North Dallas.
