Island expeditions now have an option to que solo and are marked as level 60 if you're max, it's a bit of a grind but not a painful one anymore. Also, you forgot to include the Brutosaur mount (Longboi) even though it's been discontinued as a purchasable mount for 5 mil...you can still potentially get it on the Black Market AH but that involves ALOT of money to burn or insane luck on the Unclaimed boxes.

Very good content

You can only loot Dune Gorger Krolok after unlocking world Quests. I think the same applies to Elusive Quickhoof which might be phased out otherwise. Greens you need are sold by Tortolla vendors in every Tortolla settlement and both capitals. Also by the Tortolla vendor on the brutusaur mount. Often if you join a group to camp for Elusive Alpaca, somebody will bring out that mount once you find it, so all group members can buy it on the spot.

i've gotten that voldun hyena near the first few snake people i kill on entering the zone to level lmao, never knew it was a rare drop, i think i might have thrown away about 5 of them

Man, I never saw a single Island Expedition mount drop the whole time BFA was current. Not complaining though, I got a few from the warfronts, so I'm happy. :)

It is much easier to get IE mounts now by purchasing salvage crates with dubloons. If you purchase the right ones they have a fairly high drop rate. Only got 2 mounts farming IE normally, then got 6 more in a few weeks from salvage crates, sometimes on a first or second try. Only need 1 more, but I have not played in a while. Check the graphic in this video that shows which salvage has a chance to drop which mounts.

Hopefully in a future patch? I could do Mythic IE solo while BFA was still current content, if it was allowed.

What's with all these weird cooldowns? I sorta get it for raids, but warfronts, world bosses, and whatnot? I don't know, as a newer player, some of these cooldowns seem kind of absurd. I have a huge background in mmo's too, but these arbitrary cd's still have me puzzled. Almost seems like they're assuming you have many toons to throw at these tasks, and then take several months still. Just seems horribly throttled. Like my Spectrum service. Nice video though, really helpful!

Hey. Nice video, amazing guide! I'd just like to ask and confirm, if the mounts and toys from the warfronts (arathi and darkshore) are still obtainable. I've been killing these rares for a full week now, and the only thing they've ever dropped was exp for the hearth of azeroth neck, so I start to wonder if blizzard hasn't removed the drop items from there.

No unless it's a bug they should still be in the game and eligible to drop

Remember that you can only loot loot Arathi and Darkshore Rares once per rotation per character. You also need warfronts unlocked. The only exception is the Frightened Kodo in Darkshore that you can even capture on a class trial.

Back in BFA i killed ~25.000 blood trolls in Torgas Rest without a single drop (not even an epic BOE) so i ended up buying it in the AH. I would not recommend farming the mount as you make so much gold in that time to be able to buy the mount multiple times

I did get loot from dunegorger kraulok on my level 32 char but not my level 18, so at least a level 20 or higher are needed :)

@@ECampbell947 oh you won't be able to easily solo it for a while but getting a group for it is easy enough due to the limited period it's around

@@Syiler It's not the levels, but you need world quests unlocked to be able to loot Krolok. Otherwise you can see him, but not loot him. I think it is the same with elusive alpaca where it might be phased out without finishing the whole Voldune storyline and unlocking World quests.

@@knighthawk3749 Nah you can do Dunegorger without world quests, I have a couple of lower level chars parked there that get boss loot. It just seems to have a min level to be eligible

Only reputation mounts, racial mounts,, Kuafon, and Child of Torcali are Horde restricted.

It's so rough coming back to this game where the devs say "fuck you for not doing something when we wanted you to" with the drop rate nerfs. Unlike other games that buff it or at least leave it the same.

Have you completed the intro quests for BFA? You need to finish up to the part where it lets you pick a zone to quest in and gives you a quest also to head to your factions ship

The hyena mount is so uncomfortable to mount... It moves so fast my eyes just bug out, very uncomfortable
