cyrax76 I doubt you played WoW because everyone knows Thrall was off on his Shaman journey to heal the earth because the elements were getting restless and the maelstrom was getting out of control. Garrosh was there at the right time seeing he was a leader for the horde campaign in Northrend and lead an assault on the icecrown citadel citadel.

HorrorLover98 But his father became totally different person before his death, he understood that being bloodthirsty idiot agaist everyhuman forever is not right, he understood what he bacame with drinking blood of mannoroth for second time and actualy became honorable orc who respects those who helped him and stopped being cocky piece of douche like Garrosh is, he was grateful to Jaina, learned that Thrall's wisdom speaks much more than their age difference(Grom was cocky towards him before) and Garrosh is at his best just like Grom at his worst. Garrosh should never be Warchieft of the Horde, he shouldnt even be Warsong leader cuz Thrall seen his anger menagment issues and daddy syndrome before, It's shoulnt be him who got Chiefhood, but Eitrigg or Vol'jin. Zerus9 take away flying at wotlk, cata and mop, subscribers would be half of what they actually were. Flying allows skipping the 80% of boring parts while questing. and yes more than half of questing is boring, blizz should learn what bioware did with swtor, its the only mmo where questing is fun, not the end game content.

+Sindragosa The Frost Queen He was dope in Cata. But by then so many fans disliked him for his Wrath personality(if they were alliance), or for replacing Thrall (if they were horde). So they turned him into a villain to use his heat correctly. Horde fans hated Varian, but alliance players didn't so him mellowing out stuck, and Garrosh's didn't. Too bad, I liked Cata Garrosh.

You know, all this shit the Pandaren's get, if it had been a more "badass" species nobody would care. If they had been some scaly, lizard looking Dragon-people, everyone would have loved it. The style of Pandaria was really enjoyable, and if you can stop thinking of them as giant teddy bears Pandaren are just as fun to play as any other.

Take note modern WoW developers THIS is how you tell a story about friendship and cooperation that way Warcraft is supposed to be. This expansion, the Garrosh storyline... is why we grew to love Baine and Anduin; and now they're cashing in and wasting the characters we fell in love with. RIP Baine wasting away in Shadowlands.

I really liked Garrosh, he was an interesting character with a lot of depth, and sure he did some pretty evil things, but then So have most of the cast (Mediev, Sylvanas, Tyrande, Illidan). And he has a good design, took the horde in the right direction to give them their iconic identity back, he had an interesting design that made him stand out while still being distinctly an orc, which is the core of the horde. Also as a bonus point he's sexy AF. And now, sady we are stuck with Sylvanas as warcheif, who dosen't fit the horde atall, is compleatly selfish and self serving, has 0 honour and has commited war crimes just as bad as Garosh had, if not worse..

because Pandaria already existed- and Blizzard needed a pristine land for Garrosh's horde to despoil

Garrosh is one of my favourite characters, people simply can't see his virtues. He is fearless, determined, skilled and charismatic and also has leadership and a good tactical mind. People only see the short tempered, extreme, blood thirsty part of him. Blizzard ran out of good villians and now they decided to make a war hero into a villian.

From what I remember from playing the game, the pandaren and the brewmaster were actually a fan favorite in the game (same with the concert, still brings a smile to my face). I stopped playing wow years ago at Cataclysm but even then I was still exuberant to see blizzard finally giving the Pandaren the attention they deserved.

Im surprised they didnt add pandas earlier since they were in wc3 and vanilla was made from wc3.

I remember when I saw this the first time, when Garrosh said "I answer to no one!" I was honestly hoping Varian would come out of no where with "You will answer to me.", Alliance pride would've been at an all time high for me.

MOP was severely underrated. I enjoyed the lore it provided, and monks/martial arts is cool. The expansions after it were far worse, Legion being the only exception.

Davixxa Here's what I think is wrong with LFR, Flex, etc. Now, I was never the sort of player of was in super imba end-game raiding guilds; I did raid, though. Back in, say, TBC, people like me raided Kara pretty often, and sometimes Gruul and Mag. I got to see The Eye a few times and ZA maybe once. But I was happy - because in order to do the Tier 4-5 raids, you still had to work hard together with your guild. There was no other way to do it, so that's the way everyone did it. There was no such thing as a PUG for a raid, and in the end it fostered a sense of community and family. You didn't complain about having to work hard because it was the only way to raid, quitting mid-raid was unheard of. Now it is true that for very high-end content such as heroic raids, there is still that sense of community and family because such content is done by strong guilds with great friendships. But for people like me who *aren't* that good, you have LFR. You don't have to work hard to do LFR and it doesn't require you to work well with others (compared with Tier 4-5 raids back in TBC, for example: people at my skill level could do them, but you still put in work, effort, and needed to be an actively polite and friendly part of a guild to be included).

***** To be honest, coming from a druid tank that knew very little in the fights, I've met hardly any backlash for it. Some annoyances, yes, but I've always been told that at least I said something first, before we all wiped because one of the tanks was an idiot. The other tanks have always been on top of their game and directed me and things went smoothly. I've never seen all this hate people claim to get in LFR. I've seen trolling and the occasional douche baggery, but it's nothing like these "horror stories" people share. I was initially scared of LFR for it, but quickly eased into it and can dismiss most of those stories now. The only thing really bad about it is how silent the chat usually is. If anything, LFG is the problem, since a group of people can go in and pick on the odd one out. I've seen worse from it since you're only working with 4 other people and have little support to whip them into place.

Best raid blizzard ever put together. Loved every second of it.

Agreed, he's a douche but what a great character and what a voice! Loved it.

Wrath of the Lich King was the pinnacle of expansions. Ulduar was the pinnacle of raids. This cinematic is the pinnacle of patch trailers.

I love how when the Panda thing uses his wind magic against Garrosh it does nothing to him and throws the panda flying, He is a Beast!

There are plenty of good reasons to hate MoP. The good things were the visuals which were absolutely stunning, I love the old-Chinese archetype the Pandarens have, the race itself is interesting and funny, and the dungeons/raids were really good. However, they completely butchered the talent system, they turned PvP into a joke, they've added the cash shop in MoP and they started the trend of grindig daily quests 0-24 in that expansion. If they could release MoP to Classic with Cata's talent tree and without daily grinding, it would easily be my favourite expansions.

Exactly. That's why I enjoyed the end of the expansion so much, it was super interesting to have that parallel to real life history. The way Garrosh amassed the powers of the Dragonmaw, Blackfuse Company, and Klaxxi; it really reminded me of World War II so much.

I would play horde if he was still their leader :) Horde vs Aliance could have been amazing expansion but they had to stick with good vs evil theme. Garosh was way cooler than green Jesus and hippie troll

One of the very few times you get to see Alliance and Horde team up in such a massive scale 2:33 holy shit I remember seeing that for the first time and freaking out at the sheer amount of ships and zeps that were coming for Garrosh.

Garrosh was the last bastion of the true nature of warcraft, brutal war full of crime and terror

Tim Knispel Racist is a bit of a stretch. It's only understandable that he wanted to go back to Horde 101. He never invited the other races Thrall did that. Mind you he was never 'racist' against Goblins. They were still part of his Horde because they stayed loyal. Of course he didn't like the others though. Cairne challenged Garrosh. What was he to do? Refuse? Baine then betrayed the Horde by warning Jaina about the bomb. And may I remind that bombing is a pretty normal thing to do in a war. Vol'jin openly threatened Garrosh on his life saying he'd put an arrow through him. Garrosh ignored this. Any normal person would at least have him imprisoned for treason. But the Trolls weren't his enemies. So he left Vol'jin alone until he once again disobeyed a direct order. Then there are the Forsaken. Sylvanas was spreading her Plague across Gilneas (much worse than some bomb) and raising people as undead with the power of the Valkyrie. She was just as bad as the Lich King. When Garrosh pointed this out and told her to stop because it was dishonorable and unnatural she refused. Also threatening him. And killing his general. I mean come on. They all disobeyed, disrespected, threatened and straight up betrayed Garrosh at every imaginable opportunity. Adding salt to the wound Thrall who put him in charge turned against him after having left him to pick up the shambles he'd left the Horde in. Was he a racist? Probably. Was he some Hitler-like maniac? No. He never killed anyone from any other Horde race. Unless they explicitly challenged him to a duel. His only true 'crime' was releasing the Sha. But he changed once he got to Pandaria. As we all know the Sha amplifies negative emotions. Of course someone like Garrosh would end up succombing to his own rage and anger. But may I remind you he was a very honorable person before he came to Pandaria. He was very much against Orcs being 'slaves' so it's pretty obvious he wasn't in his right mind when he sacrificed them to the old gods in pretty much the same way his father did so with the demons.

MoP PvE was genuinely fantastic, really miss the raids and speedrunning challenge modes

Garrosh is AWSOME. I'd die for a leader like that.
