Yeah, but he has to bounce really #FIREWarde and get the best AD in college sports. And that would be OU-AD Joe Castiglione. That will benefit Michigan; he feels and knows NIL and can get insane sponsorship money for the school. Always, GOBLUE-NATTYUP🏆!

But Ono should get a proper AD of the likes of OU-AD Joe Castiglione, which a school like Michigan really needs. Especially in the modern era of college sports with NIL that is now. Always, GOBLUE-NATTYUP🏆!

For Dusty to accomplish what he accomplished at a tiny Florida Atlantic University in Boca is beyond amazing! I’ve been to FAU several times. It’s a fraction of Michigan! This is a great hire!

I live down the street from FAU. In the 80's and 90's it was a commuter school, home of palm beach junior college. It's a legit school now, but very small. The fact he got them to the final 4 is amazing

I say BC2 winning run vs. Bama, JJ to Rome sweet tipped throw and catch vs. Bama on the 4th quarter drive or The Don's second td run in the Natty. I could name countless other awesome ones from last season. Wow what a ride or better yet as people are saying, what a movie it was.

Well for as much as people knock on Warde and I'm right there with them but he is a football national champion athletic director. He seems to be learning as he goes and open to adjusting. That's a positive sign. Another thing is none of us know exactly what type of handcuffs are on him. He did keep Jim when everyone wanted Jim gone. For that I'm forever greatful because I could have died and never seen another Michigan national title in football. Just him making that tough choice and making the right call despite the heat I'm forever indebted to Warde. He was the trigger puller on all of our happiness for the last 3 years. He could have put him out of his misery but he knew the caliber of coach Jim was and they doubled down on the commitment and beat OSU made it to the playoffs and ultimately won it all. Amazing

Im going through my phone yesterday and some bucknut media dude writes this article saying " Michigan gets ohio states sloppy seconds or leftovers " something to that nature emphasizing that Ohio State rejected Dusty May for there interim guy and so Michigan swooped up there leftovers. I had to write this guy and let him know that he like soooo many if buckeye nation are 12 year olds lol. These people are psycho! For 1 and utterly obsessed with Michigan 2. Its some illness at birth i guess that if your a buckeye fan you must adhere to the tradition of being a juvinile!

Mark Schissel was literally hostile towards the football program and it showed for years, it was especially clear in 2020. I remember reading somewhere that he had visited with Coach Harbaugh only once in his first 5 years as Head Coach. That is just unconscionable behavior by a University of Michigan President.

I knew that Ono may have a hand in the hiring. I hope that C-May can get the three FAU starters they have indicated wanting to come to Michigan. Now, it is the Michigan-NIL also, the school admissions is what concern me.? Topic two concerns Warde Manuel Santa Ono, who should bounce Warde and get the best, as you suggested, Steve. And that a school like Michigan should get nothing but the best; that would be OU AD-"Joe Castiglione." he feels NIL which equals an insane amount of sponsorship money for the school. Steve, may you and the family have a great Easter Egg Rush🐣. Always, GOBLUE-NATTYUP🐣!

Of course you are going to think so. But I kinda disappointed that you won’t state the obvious things that are wrong with the program from an administration standpoint. And the common denominator again is Warde Manual. If he is for helping athletics get ahead the school and administration need to get off the high horse in admissions. 4 players that would have gotten into the school and that is a totally different roster. Now if Howard had failed with that roster then I could’ve said yeah we needed a change, but we will never know.

Michigan is the Cradle of Revolutionary and kegendary Athletic Directors. Charles Baird invented the position as a business concern separate from the university mission. He hired the immortal Yost and made coaching a legit profession . He co invented the Holy Grail Rose Bowl. Yost was a visionary. CRISLER was a legend as A.D. Don Canham, another legend, etc. Warde walks in their huge footprints of unparalleled greatness so we expect genuine, consistent, excellence from him. He's a work in progress still, gradually improving, hopefully.

Still would rather have John Beilein who said he was willing to take the job but since Dusty wants Beilein to help with the team im reluctantly for it. The way Beilein develops players is 2nd to none and he recruited internationally. 5 year contract would have been great for Beilein since hes older and would have had a greatee chance to win a Natty. Maybe he ans Dusty can do it together somehow.
