Thank you I understand what your saying. I went through a lot of pain of people hating on me telling what to do. People that through me under the bus. And everything that I learned kicked in to high gear. And when I came back! I surprised everyone the people that messed with me. And my family. And when I came back they had no choice to respect me! Because they thought they had me down for ever WRONG!😮now there real nice to me because if they get out line. I will tell them exactly what they did to me. And they can't handle it! I prayed for a coworker in lots of pain and i noticed he was walking around wayyyyy better afterwards.

it is the countless stabs in the back that have left these scars that begin as scabs … ripped off countless times, becoming excruciating/disfiguring scars … emotional ‘keloids’ these emotional ‘keloids’ cannot be equivocated/negated by the empathy that’s naturally and freely available for others … thing is … yes, the trauma/pain that enabled us to become the uber-empathetic beings that we are, has the effect of diminishing returns as it persists over one’s lifetime …

Get a friend for when that person violates you and endangers you again. One who will help you make a garden box or two in the backyard.

Don't ask people to forgive abusers, that is not fair.
