My version: Cut off top of loaf and scoop out inside bread, making certain sides are thick Add cheese layer on bottom Add cooked hamburger layer Add kraft cheese layer Add some bread you carved out in layer Add uncooked bacon layer Cook mushrooms in light amount of coconut oil until golden brown. Then add cream and rest of bread soaked in milk. Cook until dissolved. Fill up to near top. Cover the opening with ham Bake until done in cassarole dish in case of leakage.

This is a prosciutto caprese sandwich with pesto spread. Lots of fresh mozzerella, basil, tomato (looks like Garden tomato, I prefer Roma), prosciutto meat, and a pesto spread. Some chefs like to make their pesto from scratch, but you can find jars of it in stores or online. I'm only unsure of what spice(s) was used in the grinder.
