@@insertnamehere6280 Tendons do not produce force. They transfer force from and to the muscle. Strong tendons means strong muscles => leg strength (the normal term to use). "Mad knee stability" makes sense but not knee strength, since tendons do not produce strength!

Everyone remember this is red bull - meaning in addition to standard precautions of checking avanlanche warnings etc, the run was thoroughly checked out via drone & helicopter, full emeregency rescue crew ready and more. Even if a back country skier, don't drop down a line like this without red-bull sponsorship level precautions. - former mtn rescue
