Another great video bro! I like the inclusion of places in Singapore alongside the watch review. I think the Seamaster 300m has already cemented its place as an iconic watch design. I would like the Diver 300 if the numerals and indices were applied (like the vintage Seamaster 300) instead of the sandwich dial with faux patina.

Thank you for the kind words! These review style videos takes wayyyy more effort thn the normal videos I make 😂 I initially wanted to add more spots and string them together seamlessly but took me too long so maybe next time haha. The Seamaster is definitely a staple model in Omega's line up! Hopefully Omega release one more watch that's similar to the classic Seamaster with sword hands.
I got into watches after buying the seamaster 300 heritage - actually had gone to buy the pro but preferred the heritage on a whim. Got a bit lucky as otherwise I would have been in the same position as you now that we are down the line! Although I did make the mistake of getting it on leather, not knowing that to buy the bracelet later would cost an arm and a leg (I know cause I ended up buying the bracelet after a year) - can't win them all!! Nice review, keep up the good work

Nice taste! I recently bought the Seamaster 300 heritage with leather strap while on vacation in KL. It’s a wonderful watch, and I agree that it has timeless classic vibes. Omega are doing things right ATM.

Congratulations! Love that watch. The only thing for ppl with small wrists is that the straight lugs might wear abit big.
I own a 1990's era Chrono version, blue bezel and dial, with ferrari-red tips on the chrono hands. The watch is awesome, especially when used in blue waters ... or a blue swimming pool, and the sunlight reflects off those red tips. It is a sleeper.
Awesome watch you have. I like the white dial for it's excellent legibility and not your run of the mill dial colour. My other omega is a speedmaster. Recently walked into a retail shop in sg and was lucky to be offered a bond 60th. My favorite watch now. Esp with the timeless deep blue and lazer engraved wave dial reminiscent of the first omega bond watch by pierce brosnan and the milanese bracelet from the Daniel Craig nttd era (alpha and "omega" 😂, the beginning and the end of an era tastefully captured). Many easter eggs like the 60 at the bezel pip and lollypop hand. And all the bond details tastefully hidden at the caseback for your own enjoyment like the moire effect of the bond opening sequence! Omega hit it out of the park with this one. Future classic imho! 😊❤

It is still my dream to buy the blue Seamaster one day. My first "luxury" watch was a Longines Oposition that I gifted my older son. Then I got a Tag Heuer Aquaracer but both watches I've had are quartz. I really would like my first automatic to be the Seamaster.

Great follow up review. I’m thinking about adding the black or green one to my collection. It’s a great watch and I would still buy it. What’s your wrist size by the way? I bought my first luxury watch 3 months ago and it was the Aqua Terra 38 blue teak dial and on top of that I got the call for my second piece the black bay 54 last month so I had to pull the trigger. But I really adore the design of the SM300m

Thank you for the kind words! My wrist is 6.5" or 16 and a half cm. You've had quite the busy few months 😂 If I was you however, I would consider a dress piece or something different since the Black Bay or the Aqua Terra covers kind of the same base. But if you rly like it, I'd go for the green personally as it can come off as black in certain lightings aswell. Have you considered the 75th anniversary version?

Nice presentation. My first luxury watch was an Omega Seamaster Diver 300 which I picked up in 2008. It is the 2220.80 which was worn by D. Craig in Casino Royale and I sneaked around it for quite some time before I finally made my move. In the meantime I also bought some other nice watches but this one will always be my go to watch because it is so versatile. Would the SMP 300 my first pick if I started my collection these days? Maybe not, mostly because it has become bulkier than the model I bought back then and the He valve is too prominent at the current model. Today I think my first pick would be a Planet Ocean.
