Very helpful tips to prevent hair loss. My old shampoo and hair oil contained lot of toxic- chemicals so i stopped using them. When I was like 18 years old , I started noticing early baldness , so I started wearing caps to hide but it just it give complex , insecurities , I started just looking at my colleague and friends hair and started feeling bad for myself like " why am I like this . But One day (15 month's ago from now , I am 22 now) I was returning from my college , it was very hot that day , and I was sitting in An Auto wearing CAP bcz of my insecurities And I was sweating and it make my face red bcz of that heating i just felt so sad that I started crying , like WHY ME!?? I felt so pathetic of myself, Later I reached home and removed my hat and went straight to the bathroom and looked at my hair and thought I am bald now I can't deny it, and i just pick Trimmer and shaved all my hairs because I was so frustrated at that time later i thought why did I do that, but THANK GOD i just felt relieved, the first of being bald at college was very tough but later on ,i started exercises and i started regaining confidence and now it's been 15 month's and i am embracing my baldness

Same here. I'm so insecure as well that I wear a cap to office. I see other colleagues about the same age as me and I keep thinking "They have good hair and skin. Why am I the only one?". Being skinny with acne and scalp inflammation issues makes it worse. I'm glad that you were able to overcome it and embrace your baldness.

I got some amazing advice! My hair was falling out a lot after Covid, around 120-150 strands per day. I tried various hair care products like serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, but they didn't do the trick. Then, I conducted thorough research and made some lifestyle changes that made a difference. First, I included more protein-rich foods in my diet and reduced my sugar and white flour intake. Second, I started doing warm-up exercises to boost blood flow. @@nikhilverma2010 ya thats also i m sayin But if u got androgenic alopecia or somethimg they will recommend minoxdl which is for lifetime and you cant stop it Just refer them only dandruff problem i think they will suggest some good shampoos otherwise they will also suggest finesteride or minoxdl or something which is too expensive and problematic I m trying to stop my dandruff problem first then will opt for hair transplant after some years
If you really want to stop hairfall then stop drinking smoking and other bad habits ,exercise 4-5 days in a week,try to eat healthy food and avoid junk food(especially oily foods)as much as possible,try to not take much stress or if you have stress then drink water or breath in n out for seconds and calm down, shampoo your hair once or twice in a week(use that shampoo that suits you )and must important don't think much about your hairfall or watching in mirror it will give you more stress and low confidence because jitna tum sochko ge utna hii hairfall hoga ( i am saying this because I am also suffering this and from last 5-6 months I am following this routine and God promise I am getting good result...🙏

it was month of november i had sudden hairfall. I was scared i went to a dermatologist turned out i have vitamin deficiency and scalp infection also my hairline suddenly receded. I turned 19 in october. I am still recovering but im scared of hairline because it was all of sudden. Even if you compare my pictures from september and november there's a huge difference. HELLO MY BROTHERS/SISTERS, I am a 15yr old boy. I noticed my receding hairline 1.5yr ago. I have tried so many home remedies but nothing worked. ive been growing out my hair since 8 months now. and the length has reached more than just medium. after i reached my puberty period, i started loving and caring my hair very often. as of now, my hair is soft, have a hair fall of 2-6% percent while shampooing (which is normal ig).
