When I experienced hairfall, I did all these to effectively reduce it - .. Incorporate scalp massage into your routine. .. Do not use hot water when rinsing your hair. .. Protect your hair from too much sweat. .. Use a wide-toothed neem wood comb to brush out wet hair. .. Reduce your sugar and junk food consumption. .. Use natural hairfall control shampoo and oil like littleeextra cocconion. .. Maintain a positive mindset for general well being.

You can watch his all videos in English on another channel of fit tuber.
Vitamin -D(from sunlight) and B-12 (nonveg) and sufficient protein(from sprouts) are enough to stop hair fall. Because, now a days we cannot get pure chaach, amla rus, etc from the market. If you want to reduce dandruff then apply sesame oil(til oil pure) on ur head and stay in sunlight for 15 mins everyday(one week only).

Never use oil on hair roots, if you have dandruff on scalp.. Oil is food for fungi that cause dandruff... If you wanna use oil then don't put oil more than 30 mins on scalp.. After 30 min you must wash hair with mild diluted shampoo with normal water..
