    The quality in this church isn't because of the equipment nor skills. It's about people who are willing; supported by a culture that develops those people wíth that mindset; topped of with durable systems that holds all of it in to place making it work for the long run, no matter how big this church will grow.

    KZread has a Reportbutton and also has people claiming that Marriage is NOT Holy and can be done by 3 People at Once or 4 People at once. Or whatever. Nothing matters in Marriage, they say. Am i the only one seeing a problem with that? 'Black Poly Nation' alone is such a Channel and i'm just saying: The reportbutton does exist. Just copy-pasting the URL of the channel into a Report will do the Trick.

    I'm gonna be honest, I subbed for these tech tours. I have no experience in audio/video other than running screens in the kids ministry of my church. But although half of the stuff featured flies over my head it's still intriguing to see all the tech that churches are implementing. The length of this video is a testament to your cinematography and depth you go to in order to create these.

    The Son of man had no place to lay his head and the apostles and other early disciples gave up their security (lively hood) which is total dependence on the Lord. I certainly can't say I've done the full extent of that but what a low-class church production Jesus and his disciples were a part of.

  • @jeromechristianrugas765

    @jeromechristianrugas765

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@davidn.7767 I agree to your point, that is giving way for the recognition of God's work in us. But part of your statement here, you mentioned Jesus and His disciples having a low-class production. I think you go too far with that. First, situations are different in terms of methodology of evangelism. There's no advance tech available in the early years. We can't compare the two. Never. Second, I haven't said a statement that I praise the high class church production team more than the low-class or event churches that don't have that tech to begin with. Because I served a small-scale church production, especially audio and video prod. And I have joy in my work, and sharing my knowledge to other churches in our community that start integrating their evangelism into the online platform, with the sharing of God's Word, of course. But the whole point here is that, whatever situations in each church's ministry, as long as you serve with willingness and emptying ourselves for God's glory, is already accepted by Him. And yes, low-class or high-class, it doesn't matter.

  • @davidn.7767

    @davidn.7767

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@jeromechristianrugas765 I agree with your last closing paragraph. All for God's glory. The High-class, low-class church production statement I made was food for thought that the wording "high-class" followed by church (production) doesn't sit well. But obviously, that is just my thought and my limited observation of what that word's past and its present usage imply. Jesus was and the early church was (rather than high-class; low class) to be excellent in every way and in everything done to further the preaching of the gospel. Jesus broke the class caste system in creating his church. On a side note: Of course, the advanced tech wasn't yet made but tech advancements did exist in Jesus' time. Early tech of course before Jesus' life was the invention of the wheel. And, albeit low tech now, it was high tech to at one-time construct coliseums, bandshell edifices, and the like to communicate to gathering masses. I'm for using whatever you have available in the most excellent way. I thank God for the advancements in communication. Jesus may have not used the most advanced tech but the face to face ministry (of discipleship) is the way to raise spiritually healthy and mature believers. But again, I'm not suggesting that the church shouldn't use tech for church production. I'm simply saying that "high-class" as a word can be misconstrued with "elite" (superior, wealth, greater status). To me using an industry word like high-tech rather than a people classism or church class word like high-class is more inline. Although I'm not in sync with people that make any disagreeable word an issue, I speak when I can to promote the gospel and the church and greatly appreciate brothers like you who are willing to discuss viewpoints. Importantly, we both know (from your last paragraph) living a life devoted to him and doing your best to live by the spirit. And All is "for God's glory."

    Meanwhile at my little church, there’s no tech at all. Small little worship team with a guitar and piano, no lyric screen. It’s simple, it’s slow, it’s holy, it’s beautiful, it’s missional. Finances are used to mainly care for those who are in need and our congregation always seeks to steward those finances well and modestly. Best of all, the pastor knows everyone ❤️ I’ve always found it so interesting why big churches put such a big emphasis on singing and performance/production rather than preaching, reading Scripture, confession of sin and reassurance of forgiveness, Communion, and prayer. These are the distinctives of Christianity, no? There’s so much more to worship than just singing and flashy productions/shows 😊

    I understand the concept of what you’re saying...but I can promise you Life church absolutely focuses on preaching, repentance, and living a changed life. To be fair, these guys literally developed the #1 Bible app that’s used in the world today. Much of the younger generation has their phone glued to them. So why not give access to the Bible while they’re on it? This church gives away millions. Feeds the hungry. They fund missionaries. They lead pastors and worship leaders across America. They influence millions across the globe. So...to say they aren’t focused on bringing scripture, is kind of like saying Disney world isn’t focused on kids. Life church’s greatest accomplishment to date has been delivering the gospel to just about every country on the planet, In hundreds of languages, for hundreds of millions to have access. They can receive incoming prayer requests from India and pray for people with translation ON THE SPOT. I’m not sure there is a single church in America that is doing more to reach the lost, all across the globe, than life church is doing currently. It’s baffling how much they’re doing for the kingdom. Also, If your pastor knows every church member, i can guarantee your church probably runs less than or around 100 members. This church runs tens of thousands a week. I’m not knocking smaller churches. I’m simply stating that just as they can be simple, slow, and holy, that large churches can be technological, organized, and still also be holy. They can also meet needs and steward well. And not to be harsh, but they’ll reach millions for the kingdom.. is that bad? Is that not the great commission? If smaller church is your preference then that’s fine. But before assuming they don’t preach the gospel, repentance, communion, etc, do remember that large and small churches are on the same team and are accomplishing the same goals. It’s just on vastly different spectrums.

    End of the day what matters is your name written in the Lamb’s book of life. All the hype is a little off putting though. Comes off as fleshy … Why are you talking about all the buildings in inner workings of the construction of church? Is that really important? Thankfully yes there are churches that still do that. They are unsung churches though. So I remember what you mean and do miss seeing that. A church regardless of ethnic background or race would come in and center (set the atmosphere) on Christ praying before a Sunday service began. Now prayer is for a designated few in a room and service is prepped to begin by a countdown clock. Principally in America and other countries more is better than less and bigger is better. And that is part of the church outlook on success. Still love the church...Just hoping that we all can be well balanced in what we do as the church.

    This install was pretty fun. I personally had my hand in studio A and B and Sam’s broadcast studio. The LED wall was fun to build as well! I don’t think it was shown, but there’s three more racks behind the stage up in a mezzanine. Mainly for distributed audio. But yea, the main set of racks was definitely a massive undertaking to get set up.

    Fantastic setup. I'm currently overseeing conversion from smartphone youtube stream to using a real camera and OBS maybe. This is very inspiring & helpful. My church budget is probably smaller than this church's door nob 😀 . Thanks for sharing these videos.

    Amazing video, I love how you didn't show just the tech but the why behind it all as well. Only thing I don't get is why they stream online only in 720p? I know that a lot of people use phones and laptops, but there are definitely people who'd benefit from higher res.
