worship is a lifestyle. I see it as something that can be a moment or a song or a service. those things have to do with worship but are not in themselves worship. worship has to do with something bigger than a moment. Worship is about obedience as well as who we give our time and mental attention and heart to. In summary this video was awesome!! the main point is that while worship is a lifestyle and we honor God everyday, the Sabbath is a special 24 hour period commanded by God for us totally focus on Him and worship Him with others uninterrupted by the "work" of our daily responsibilities. the honoring the Sabbath does not take away the worship God is due throughout the week, and neither does our personal devotional times on the other 6 days mean that the sabbath is not needed.

What this video means to me,is a reminder that I've been doing things wrong all my life, thinking the sabbath and day of worship was on Sunday, and I'm constantly learning and getting closer to God through your videos, and they help me GREATLY, so thank you,and praise God in Jesus name

Brother, I am as thankful as you are! There's nothing good and wise in me, and that the videos have been helpful to you is 100% accredited to God 🙌 I join you in praise and thanksgiving! He's so good, personal and full of grace! Curious, could you tell me more about how you discovered about the Sabbath / day of worship, not being on the Sunday?

@thechristianlife I actually came across Melvin sandelins videos 2-3 years ago,and I started following him,I myself am a walking tragedy,I've always believed in Jesus and always Been at odds with my own Irish family members and their strong catholic beliefs, as a kid I questioned some of their practices, sorry ,straying from the subject, Melvin made it easy for me to understand the teachings better, and I loved his usually 15 minute or less videos, so basically that's who I learned from and thankful the holy spirit brought us together to help me understand and allow me the opportunity to worship correctly praise Jesus

My first thoughts when hearing the word worship is: holy, special, honoring God, the sabbath, reverence, praying, praising, living a life that honors God - and singing with all the angels when we finally meet Jesus face to face!😍🤗❤️

Time with God exclusive of all other distractions, not thinking our own thoughts, or speaking our own words, or doing our own things.

Back during the mid-90's outpouring of the Holy Spirit I heard an old Christian prophet say that what the Lord has in mind for Christians is for them to regard every day as a holy day. He said that tithing is useless as the Lord has it in mind for Christians to regard all of their money as the Lord's money. During an outpouring of the Holy Spirit it is easy for Christians who partake of it to regard every day as a holy day. But during times of no outpouring of the Holy Spirit (as in this day and time) it is very difficult for most Christians to maintain that attitude. The same is true of the money thing. The scenario in Acts 4:32-37 (in the King James Version) is a good example of how during an outpouring of the Holy Spirit the love of the Holy Spirit is so strong among Christians that they regard their wealth as belonging not only to themselves, but equally to their Christian brothers and sisters. But during times of no outpouring of the Holy Spirit when it comes to money most Christians take up the same mindset as unbelievers.
