That's what I came to find! It didn't get hot enough inside. Maybe the oil was a bit too hot? Im not a big 'frying' person.

This would be ideal with just a simple sausage, cheese, egg and last sausage. Now dip then deep fried.

No reason to make it that thick. It would have been FAR easier to make and eat if they were one of everything... or better yet quarter the patties and make bit sized nuggets of cheese egg, and sausage deep fried. You could do a similar thing with mini kababs... a chunk of onion, green pepper, pineapple, and chicken, dip it and fry it. Or a chunk of steak, cheese, and jalapeno. Or sausage, mozzarella, and pepperoni, dipped and fried, then dip in marinara... or any other pizza toppings.

My cardiologist yelled at me for just watching this video.
