There were also ancient buildings in Iraq that Iraqis are proud of, in Afghanistan there are monuments that Afghans are proud of, in Syria there are buildings that Syrians rejoice in, in Libya there are places that Libyans rejoice in, and in Palestine there are historical markets and ancient mosques that Palestinians are proud of. All of this was destroyed by America, with its army, weapons, land, and sea. It destroyed most of the most important parts of the Arab-Islamic homeland. And you are crying over a mall that can be replaced very easily, and after America destroyed the buildings, it began to destroy man himself, and the evidence is what is happening now in occupied Palestine 🇦🇪 by the mercenaries of the land, Israel.

I was in my senior year of high school on September 11th, 2001. I went to Jackson Memorial High School in Jackson, New Jersey. I was walking into English class when a girl was telling others about what happened. She'd had a computer class before our English class. I guess the news had been online. I've always thought that the Twin Towers should've been rebuilt as they were, maybe a little bigger to allow for more air filtration and more firefighter access. People loved the Twin Towers.

Huh? I don't remember usage being that big in High Schools in 2001 considering it was dial up. I worked in the WTC and our computers weren't very high tech. And building a new WTC would be awful for the survivors to see. My brother and I survived because we were running late and we stopped outside to have a cigarette and were late going in. And the towers were hit to cause the most damage and devastation and it did. Our whole country changed. They'd do it again. It was a target.

I worked in those towers .I was on the west coast on 9/11, had a terrifying dream around or after 6 am PST that placed me in those elevators that were free-falling. I felt the intense heat and fear. In that same dream I also witnessed the terror of window washers on platforms that day. I woke up in a cold sweat not knowing what occurred in NYC until someone called to tell me about it hours later. Never forget the lives lost, the heroes that day, the first responders who gave their lives and still suffer with 9/11 ailments today. Many today are too young to remember. Remind them, teach them, we must NEVER FORGET! Evil DOES exist!
I lived in Manhattan for 15 years and these were an everyday fixture in the sky to see. I remember especially the view when taking the bus from Newark Airport to Port Authority Bus Terminal. That view was maybe the best for the whole area. You could see the entire Manhattan skyline and the river reflecting the lights. I will always remember the city how it looked then, and miss that. ❤❤❤❤❤ We will never forget those who perished that day.

Unbelievable what happened . I will never forget.
Beauty even though one building is already standing there, but the twins were unique WE WILL NOT FORGET
Это были красивые небоскребы😢 Символ Нью-Йорка! Такая простая геометрическая форма, но притягивала взгляд. Было что-то особенное в этих близнецах. Вечная память Всем тем людям, кого забрала эта трагедия...

I remember that day I was on the 79 floor in the north tower. I work as a security guard there for a bank. I was sleeping when the plane hit somewhere up above
Ich habe Gänsehaut. Ich stand da oben vor 30 Jahren und war tief beeindruckt von dieser Stadt.

NOSTALGIE. There was a time. It used to be better...
My brother was a runner for an ins co and that day he was in the tower. He left and walked a few blocks when the plane hit. He took a picture of it and it broke my heart. My brother was lucky he got out but so many lives gone and destroyed by this act of those demons. I will NEVER forget. God Bless our fire fighters and so many died. May they Rest In Peace. 😢
Iconic...

I remember when the Twin Towers were built in the early and mid 1970's when l was growing as a kid in St.Louis. l dreamed of seeing the Towers back then. Then l come to New York in the early 1990's to live here. And l remembered how l was moved to see the Twin Towers in person was captivating. And now they are gone. May God rest all the lives that were lost that sad sad day. But their memories lives on in the hearts of loved ones and us that lives were touched. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
I got to see and appreciate them, for decades!, they're missed!😔🙏🇺🇸

I remember they were completed the year I graduated high school and some guy walked a tightrope strung between them!
What a sight to be hold. These monuments represent strength that did represent freedom 2 the heavens.
The day, where -americans life suffered -heroes borned -fitnah spread -many countries suffered -hate created May God punishes the ones involved in this despicable act of terrorism, and no words can be used to express the pain, until now.
I've never had the chance to visit the towers but if i could go back in time, i would do it to see them of my own eyes and appreciate the moment. They were beautiful.
