The Most Mysterious Places in the World - Czech Republic | Mystery Documentary
World's Scariest Hotel, Abandoned Village & UFO Houses: • World's Scariest Hotel...
This revealing series discloses the miracles, apparitions and unexplained places of pilgrimage around the world which have become famous for the extraordinary events that took place there, be it
miraculous events or religious mystical visions. Locations that are extraordinary, sometimes chilling,
and definitely alluring, each episode emits its own unique mysterious vibe covering a particular
country, connecting stories from recent times to ancient history.
In this episode, we enter the strange world of the Czech Republic, including -
Houska Castle - located in the Kokorin Nature Reserve, it has no equal competitor in the
Czech Republic in terms of mysticism and paranormal manifestations. It is not for nothing
that this place is called the ‘Gate to Hell’.
Svatobor - a place with a completely unique genius locus, it has been a place of rituals
since pagan times. The unique stories of encountering something that transcends us and
that we often can't cope with, suggests that it is a place with extraordinary energy.
Prague - has been called the Hundred-Towered city, Golden city, and Magical city but what
secrets does it hide right before our eyes without us being able to decipher them?

i’ve lived in Prague for 8 years. My wife is Czech. One night i was driving to the country 3 hours south of Prague where I seen a Spacecraft flying very low in front of us across the road. Weird thing is my wife and i seen another spacecraft on our return 2 days later. Also visited this castle twice. It’s odd. Especially the strange chair below.

Maybe, but a lot of churches were built on sacred caves: meaning that it was built on the original stone where water springs originated. The church or temples were originally a place to get healthy, drink fresh water and smell the beeswax of candle, that purified the human body. There are stil (at least here in italy) churches with crypts where you can find the original stone, indicating there was some kind of cave formation. Look up the Sagra of S. michele near Turin, it's cleary built on caves. It inspired the name of the rose.

@@acidpurple21In Germany, Austria and Switzerland there are also churches build around "Menhirs", single large stones, holy places for the ancient people. The caves, tunnels, mostly were closed by the church. The tunnel system can be really big, it is suggested humans lived there for thousand years during an Ice period...

The Sumava region and South Bohemia in general is not an expensive place because it's in the middle of nowhere. No major industry and a very low population density. If you buy a house there, good luck with things like getting a plumber or other tradesman to show up and do repairs. If your car breaks down and it's anything other than a Skoda you might as well just have it towed back to Prague (if you can find a tow truck).

Interesting stories but I did have to eye roll at a few points due to the extreme "ooo, it's soo spooky, there's no explanation" vibe. Specks on camera and orange glow: Dust particles, small insects and lens flare. Very common phenomenon and while I don't discredit the possibility that something CAN be caught on film, I'm going to need much more compelling footage than that. Mummified nun: They mentioned using hot water to break up the ground prior to burying her and that some of the water also got into the coffin. I would suspect that they unintentionally made a bog mummy and not knowing of the practice previously, went with miracle due to the woman's' already larger than life reputation. By all means, if it's important to them that she is there, fine. One could even argue that the process of unintentional mummification was itself a miracle. That's an argumentum ad ignorantiam that I most definitely don't have enough vested interest in to dig further. It would just have been nice to see a little more investigation, a little less blind wonder.

Hey, that was pretty darn good! That central area of Europe, from Poland and south reminds me of the ufo hotspot here in N. America. British Columbia to Utah down to Arizona to the Zone of Silence in Mexico, and the cave of giant giant giant quartz crystals. There's gotta be something to all that. I mean it's actually worldwide, but some places are hotter than others. I've seen one small metallic sphere in broad daylight, fly over the treetops in my backyard. IDK what they want, but I believe they've been here forever, or at least since Biblical times, as they are mentioned all thru written history. Maybe they really are The Watchers, idk. I know I don't want anything to do with them tho lol. I digress. This was a nice change of pace. Thanks!

Someone should have sourced some ancient, unused parchment and ink from that time period and write down some stuff that really happened in 2006, vague, but accurate enough to be unmistakably accurate about events in the 'future'. That would have really freaked people out to find out the document was accurately carbon dated in the 1800's ))).

The construction of the castle’s ceiling is SO interesting….. It’s not typical. Almost like it’s meant to funnel seething in/let something come out of the center.. Rather than a ‘normal’ roof that just provides “shelter”. As a witch (pagan ancestry) your home, your roof, really does provide you shelter. Both physically and spiritually (think sanctuary). There’s something ODD about that roof; I’m tellin’ ya!
