They became so popular in my country (Estonia) this summer and basically every teen has it. I just bought my first kendama (Krom viking) 2 days ago and it's really fun to play with.

I first watched this 6 years ago and this is what sparked my love for Kendama. I just thought I’d revisit it for nostalgia and this still makes me want to pick up a Kendama to this day. Much ❤️

I love seeing these types of things.. To me, Kendamas have always seemed like just a little toy kids play with for 15 minuets and then forget about forever. Humans have so many interests and you just never know what wonderfully interesting hobbies the people around you are going to have. It's strangely heartwarming

When I was into Kendamas I remember watching this. I got better and today, hey, I'm pretty good! I don't play with them as much now, but it was a trend in my school and state. It was one of the better fun trends experiencing growing up, and it's one I'll remember.

So I was currently on my phone scrolling, and out of nowhere I remembered these toys. Back when I was in middle school these toys came out and I saw it on the internet, it sparked my interest. I some day brought it to school and thought I was really cool haha.

I first saw this video when i was 12 , i did anything to get a kendama. My brother bought me one and i couldn’t have been more thankfull . I did all kinds of tricks and stuff , brought it to school and i influenced my friends to buy one too . Now it sits on my desk to remember all the memories. I watch this video once in a while just to let the nostalgia kick

this video... classic. The sport has evolved SOOOO much since this came out. I remember this was pretty much it for insane dama vids on youtube. Still impressive today, but compared to what's going on now.... OMG (kendamas themselves have also evolved A LOT, which allows for much crazier tricks than was possible at this time)

cup in ball is so different than kendama... kendama is much more precise and way harder to get amazing at... especially if you want to go string less and dance and move around like these guys
