For future reference from someone who likes to bake. You dont gotta mix cake batter for 2 whole minutes. Once it's all mixed. Like no dry spots. You're good to go.

Something that helps, GREASE YOUR PANS! Even Gelatin, use a bit of oil to grease the pan so things come out of your molds more easily, do NOT do it with butter though unless it's cake.

I put baking paper in the mould/ pan and spray it with canola oil so I can pull the Baking paper out and take the cake off

At first, take a silicone mold for this kind of detailed cake or chocolate brick. And than the mold neds to be creased for a proper removing. However, the best idea would be not making big bricks but many small bricks and then building a kind of a ginger bread house for Xmas.
