In order to actually do a home made freeze dryer is put it in the freezer for 3 - 6 hours then the dryer for 3 - 6 minutes

If you want to know what freeze dried candy tastes like, there is a company that sells it. It is called the freeze dried candy store. I don't know if they sell Lego bricks, but maybe they do special requests.
