I bought this watch new in 1984 when I was Freshman in High School. After storing it for nearly 35 years I was able to get it working again. Amazing technology for it’s time.

My great uncle told me he saved for a year to buy a calculator for $900
This is one pretty special watch. If I were you I'd never sell it. Can't tell you how many regrets I have for parting with some really rare stuff that it's impossible to find.
Go on, what did you use it for in high school?

I would imagine saving cheat sheets in the form of memos :)
Just inherited and discovered one of these. Have yet to get it powered up. Did you have a service manual to go by when replacing caps or are you a pretty skilled tech or EE?

Hello. No, I found the information on a Google search. I am a self taught (albeit very uneducated) electronics tinkerer. I work on old video games and pinballs and when I pulled out my old watch I used some of that knowledge to repair the keyboard. Just about everything I know I learned on video game and aviation forums. I learned from people a lot smarter than me. :)
Go there!….
what did you use it for 😂
Can you play the games, use the calculator and so on without the keyboard as well? I'm thinking of buying one, you're still into selling it maybe?=)

Yes, you load the games from the computer to then watch. Calculator can only be used when attached to the computer though. It is for sale on eBay.
