Do you have to hold the notes right before strumming? Whenever I try to play like rb4 it misses every note even though it’s being played on time

Acai noticed that the engine’s strum fret leniency is virtually nonexistent. He says he’s been told that the devs are going to take a look at it, but in the meantime when hitting strum notes try to have the held fret down as far in advance as possible before strumming.
