We don't want after effects.
Yes, it shows the waves when they are completed. But I make one use of it which works. After wave 5 completes, price tends to retrace quite deep. You can place an opposite trend trade after wave 5 completion and have SL behind wave 5. Works.

yeah but what about extended wave 5s? im not sure what you trade but i trade crypto and often it will look like wave 5 is completed (hit 1.236 extended fib target, and then it will sometimes overextend to the 1.618/2.236

What means the X on this indicator at some points?
Unfortunately.. it detects the Elliott wave pattern after it ended. it will be better if this indicator can predict the next move .. but overall, it's amazing work. ✌

guys I'm talking this indicator not predicting the next wave or correction like " Elliott wave pattern " on tradingview if u know it. unfortunately it's available only for premium users. it can predict the "abc" correction and if the price created wave 3 it also predict the wave 4 and 5. but over all this indicator form "lux algo " is very good and we thank them for helping traders.

Agreed it only gives past counts but if it could follow price and count possible wave structures eg 1-2 i-ii setups it could be useful.

Unless you use use eliott wave, 1-5, to the top of the uptrend and then use it as the setup for the short

It took me a year to master it, then successfully combined it with Falcon Strategy, Chart patterns, trendlines, support & resistance, bars and candlesticks patterns, Heiken Ashi and indicators for strong confirmations. Really great indicator, it's a little off though I would suggest using volume climaxes to help indicate end of 3rd waves This is very good though, Elliott Wave takes years to master and this will help alot of people go in the right direction Awesome stuff

Dude it is very hard to understandyour indicator coz your indicator is not sure about 3 basi rules and apart from this Your indicator does not understand the basic principle of corrective patterns strcuture and there fib levels forget this even your indicator is not able to capture correct impulse move fib level.. I think you need to dig in more and more deep so that atlest this may give 50% of result as being elliottiance and Time cycle specialist i want you to correct coz New bee will use this and they will make losses hope you understand and i am fan your indicator i use 2 indicatios with combination of Leading indicator to identiy my entry.
