I agree that the integration of AI in not only the restaurant industry but many industries has sparked concerns related to impact on employment. I think AI will help eliminate routine tasks, enhance customer experiences with personalized service and improve operational efficiency. Note as you mentioned AI has been here for many many years. (1950's to be exact..see Alan Turning experiments) Overall i believe that the challenge is more around balancing technological advances with the need for human interaction. Maintaining a human touch in customer service will continue to be important, as many diners value the personal interaction and warmth that technology alone cannot replicate. I can't wait to see companies being forced to employ higher skilled workers to take care and program all this technology.

Thank you very much for your feedback. AI and other technology are here to stay so I believe it’s up to leaders in the private sector and our Governments across the world to be responsible and have a balance approach.
