Dido, Northampton are two cruisers that come immediately to mind that haven't been added yet.

The de ruter feels really good, especially the guns in comparison to most other tier IV. Heck, even to many tier V.

Same guns as the tier 3 and 5, with the same on paper stats as the tier 6 and 7, yeah, the guns are busted beyond belief for tier 4, the tier 3 has the same level of broadside as De Ruyter so will be even worse. It's the most broken cruiser in low tier and very few people seem to understand that. I can kill a tier 4 CV at up to 16km in two to four volleys.

Don't jinx it Robin!! I've only just unlocked it! In my first battle in it last night, I a hoot outgunning a St Louise, another De Ruyter and a BB. Very intense battle but I was able to kite away while smacking them with the Dutch laser beams! I love your videos mate and wish you every success.

Another kick ass De Ruyter game. But Robin...if you keep putting up vids of you smashing the seals and the clubbers alike, the devs might start saying, "batter up!" Something needs to keep the fun police in check!

Speaking of HMS Incomparable. They severely nerfed the HE. Had it been an upsize of HMS Thunderer's HE shell it would have weighed around 2.47 tons and a fire chance of 75%. Also LOW CONCEALMENT for a 305 meters long ship. Yeah good luck with that LMAO.

@@Likutyr My gamer PC is dead since almost 13 months. So no game no tokens. And in KanColle there hasn't been another event with her as drop recently.

She was the Dutch version of the UK Arethusa class, a trade cruiser/flotilla leader, intended for the defense of the East Indies colonies. Good guns, float planes for scouting, good speed, and top notch optics for aiming. Low cost on a small platform. She's somewhere between Tier 4 and Tier 5 historically. A skilled player clearly makes the difference.

Unlocked this ship last week, a fun little boat and I got very good results but the truth is it's a waste of time for me playing tier 4. I don't get the rewards and games don't count towards achievements, missions etc. Which are almost exclusively tier 5-10 ships only. So there's just no incentive for me to play low tier. I guess this is done by WGing to try to keep the experienced players like myself from seal clubbing but then there's almost no one playing low tiers now.

How about just having fun? I understand that time should be optimized though, and that Tier IV isn't really good for that.

Its a missile waiting to blow-up. Say boo....and it does just that.

I usually don't run PT since I have the situational awareness if a ship is targeting me or not simply by checking my line of sight & minimap every now and then. The commander is also only 16 points, but I'll probably use PT on higher tier Dutch cruisers for sure.

It should be a T3 actually. Its so weak and pathetic. I got ours free from Amazon Prime: Its worthless.

Really..something is wrong in what Sailing Robin is using. They have 'buff' his copy! I watch this and go play that ship: and it night / day. My hubby and I have played the De Ruyter nearly 50 games and it simple horrible. T3 DD's and cruiser just rip it apart. A single torpedo will take half its health and a couple of 'HE' hits from a T4 cruise and its the Davy Jones locker for it. How can any one respect things like this when reality is completely different? We don't.

Maybe you just had a bad experience with it, or you should try to use the cruiser in a different way with a different build!

Nah low tier not interesting to watch
