@@alister_rage1357 well I've seen the moskova now, I have them both, and this might sound crazy but after over 1100 games in Stalingrad, in this DD heavy meta I'd much rather have the Stalingrad. The slightly better accuracy combined with pretty good HE, I surprise the hell out of any DD that tried to get close. Plus I can regularly hit DDS at long range with the AP on her and I struggle to do that as well in the moskova.
This is commedy🤣🤣 some legendary moduls are crap, but Des Moines legendary modul helps and that ship is incredible strong. This ranking is always crazy..

These are probably the two best cruiser players in the game, they have done hundreds of hours of testing stuff to see what works and what doesn’t, they know every cruiser like the back of their heads. If there is anyone you should trust it is them
