I have my not-so-little piggy specialized, and back in the bomber escort mission days I'd manage single-pass kills thanks to the 40s. Even non-attack flight bombers fall prey to single pass kills from time to time.

Great review 👍🏼. Bombs. Rockets, 20’s AND 40’s. (and a pig nose). Yeah I’m sold! Def the next one on my list.

It can be a damn fun plane! The tier VI and VII are a little bit of a slog but can be effective in the same manner

I did miss the quad machinegun turret from the Beaufighter when getting into the Mosquito for the first time, but at least there you had cannons and machineguns in the nose. The Hornet, while somewhat more aesthetically pleasing, has only cannons, plus the bombs are external carry (as opposed to internal on the Mosquito). But you can't go wrong with 1000 pounders.

I was disappointed in the missing MGs 😔 but yeah the heavy duty bombs were nice upgy

U forgot the do 335 and the twin mustang. They both have great ground performance too. In a way, I think they r generally stronger than the pig. One thing the pig has though is the hit points. Nothing can compete in that front.

Well I was trying to focus more on the tech lines but you are correct. Although I thought the Do335 only had the two bombs right? What's it's reload time?

@@PostalMonkey 120 second, and Do has another 2 bombs in her inner bombchamber, so 4 bombs in total.

@@PostalMonkey it has 4 bombs. They have like 80 second reload, if I recall correctly. But, bombs r easier to drop fast and then getting back to fighting aerial targets. Plus, the reload isn’t terrible for having twice the bomb layout of the German tier 8 ga. (Same bombs as the tier 8 German ga) The twin mustang has 2 bombs and a multitude of rockets too. Not my preferred layout, but it does make u flexible against factories as well

GG, thank for awesome content! I haven't finished the Spitfire line yet, but I'm pretty sure the P.1056 and the Hunter are two strongest planes in the British tech-tree, overall. Hunter is probably the #1, because it feels like a (pretty-good) multirole, a heavy and a GA at the same time.

I'm working on the British multirole line right now, and I'm nearly done with the Typhoon. Definitely gonna go all the way with that line.

I was wondering what my next tier 8 was going to be. Now I know for sure. I have been tempted, but you convinced me to pull the trigger.

I plan on doing an Equipment video soon, and will go into more detail on this but: You can 'reassemble' your equipments benefits thru the equipment menu. To lock a certain benefit you'll want to click the little dice symbol until it shows a lock. Keep in mind the price to reassemble is usually pretty damn high, and the price to lock is 2 token on top of that

Hated the painfully painful grind to get the Pig. Rage sold both the Mosquito and Hornet until I realized I had boosters to use to speed up the Hornet grind. Got the Pig and then sold Hornet for good.

I still have both the mosquito and hornet but Spec'd so they're not terrible. Iam however playi g the mosquito on the EU grind and it is frustrating sometimes so I feel you

I'm using engine guru II on my Mosquito and Hornet pilots, plus aerodynamic pilons and engine boosters, everything ultimate, and this way they're pretty good. Hornet is my favourite tier 7 heavy.

@@bartlomiejmolczyk8492 Hornet and the I-220 are the two best tech-tree aircrafts in tier 7. I've had stellar battles even as bottom tier in the Hornet.

@@marcellus_h7930 agree :) My I220 is spec. And it is very strong performer. Hornet just grinding up to Pig now. Guns are very strong. If l specialized it l will do it the same like you for speed. In fact not so many light fighters can get me if play correct. Only limitacion is in altitude but range of the guns help a bit.
