I had similar conclusions about the "Hero talents". But, yes as aesthetics they could rock. A classical example: A "Priestess of Elune" are supposed to be able to use a bow. Nighter priests nor paladins can even equip bows. But what if your priestess gained the right to transmog their weapons with a bow transmog. Lets say a staff made to look like a bow. Any targeted damaging spells cast when using this "bow" now use bow shoot animation and a an arrow are sent towards the target. But from a game mechanical point of view, that shot was a cast of holy fire!

I hope they at least stick to the first announced expansion, but I can see a year from now dropping the idea and taking the whole upcoming expansion into a newerer thing altogether

Hard disagree on your hero spec take. Terminally online people talk about not being able to get into keys because of their spec. The rest of play exactly what we want, while running keys and raiding with out guild/friends. Even then, its still possible to PUG keys and when its really taking awhile, start your own.

I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect people to take on longer que times in order to play the game how they want. I think it just deters people from playing the game. I don’t think it’s just “terminally online” people. I think the average player just wants to pull CLOSE to the same amount of healing/dps/damage mitigation while playing their preferred spec which is offered as a “choice” by devs. On top of that the value of flat percentages as a “choice” doesn’t really sit well with the majority of players considering it’s now a waste of time.

hell yeah POE Talents and Deleves love this as PVP BG and Arena player, what makes Path of Exile by go to arpg is customization of talents mix and match so LOVING this added feature.

I’m actually excited to see where they go with this and all the new class changes. Not been this hype since Legion 👌

Legion was the golden years, we’re looking back at it like senior citizens at this point. The only thing I didn’t like was the progression on Artifact weapons, the rest I’d be excited for in a heartbeat.

To be fair I didn’t skip dragonflight. I played it. But- mentally I have skipped it. I checked out.

So out of everything in the vid you don't believe much about what Blizzard has told us about their expansion!
