They were thankfully so very easy to get in Remix. Only had to run Heroic a few times to get the bone currency to buy them and the weapons that dropped from there. I hope they do a Legion run. So many mogs to be had from there too!

Class Specific Transmog doesn't collect. If you get a Warlock armor piece, and you're not a Warlock, it doesn't collect. If you get a generic Cloth Item and you're a Warrior, it DOES collect that one.

As someone that bounces between 2-4 different characters (and their specs), these Warband changes are absolutely massive for me.

​@@wazowski1089 For things between friends you might be thinking of communities. These are for your own characters within your account(s?), and let you share specific bind-on-warband gear. In the context of other gear-binding it goes like this from general to specific: BoE > BoA > BoW > BoP

@@Adamantos-Elean I used to spend 16 hours a day in wow back in the day when I was jobless and depressed. I have no idea how people who are not in that state in their life spend much time in wow tho

Wish Warbands made Professions account wide, i.e. learnt recipes will forever be in your account's repertoire, so one could change professions without worrying about losing their very rare or no linger attainable recipes just getting deleted. And to expand on that, just like Mogs let your character learn recipes regardless of their professions to get added account wide; have them retain their skill level requirements to actually craft with.

Not a fan of that because I really don't like that so many MMO just make other players useless. like in Vanilla back in 2008 most player only had 1-2 max level characters and from what I gathered most did not even have trade skills or had them near max level when they was at max level. This meant that if my main was a Warrior whit Blacksmith and Mining. I needed to trade whit other plays for my alchemy stuff, I needed to trade whit other for enchantments and I needed to trade whit letherworker for those few items and so on and for the alchemy you rather strike a deal and become a regular for the alchemy so that you got a better deal. today it feels like the only time you interact whit other player are when you do raids/dungeons and even then its just. One line at the start and then at the end GG thats all in that dungeon run chatlog. because you did not even do a /LFG LFG [Dungon name] am a X in Y spec/role. then you teamed up whit 1-2 other player realtive fast and then a 20 min wait to find that last player and then get that player over to the dungeon entrence (not the actuall portal but the outside of the whole mess that holds the entrence portal). while you waited the 20 min farming and chatting and just tomfoolery and what not.

I have like 10 alts each with around 1k timewarped badges (thats about how much I get from leveling to max using timewalking). And now I can finally use them!

@@ChinnuWoW there’s always new heirloom upgrade tokens every expansion, as well as a new BFA timewalking event they’ll eventually add

For me the camera and character silhouette are just chefs kiss updates. Playing in places where the camera kept jumping in and out because of trees or a random lamp post was among the most infuriating things in the game

Warband Character Selection Animations are Straight out of Diablo II and I'm ALL FOR IT. This is dope!!!

I'm a big transmog farmer and the change to allowing all armor types to unlock is so huge. No more getting upset when I see cloth drop on mail and plate drop on leather and normally being the item I'm going for.

@@cltBass It'll just be added to your collection and be used by that armor type. Say if a plate chest drops on your mage, your paladin alt can use it but not your mage. EDIT: Unless the specific mog are ones that CAN be used by any armor type (I'm not sure how many that is).

I'm really hoping that the "doing a quest on a character of one class and armor type unlocks all appearance rewards, even for other classes and armor types" feature extends also to the Shadowlands covenants quest rewards - having to do all those quests 16 times to gather all the appearances feels hellishly tedious to be quite honest...

Dang they really going all out syncing all the toons! I love it!!!!

I'm really happy with the learning everything on one character. Makes it a LOT easier to maintain just a few speed alts and get everything. Also being able to buy any cosmetics with one character at exalted/etc? Wish we had that with Path of Ascension. Did that thing four times, ugh.

I'm so happy about the transmog gear changes. I've been wanting this feature for SOOOOO LONG!

All I want is my Toon with 80 EXaLTED to also apply to all my alts

If I remember correctly they planned to tackle that one or two expansions at a time, in order from most recent expansions to older expansions. Maybe an expansion or two per major patch to make sure nothing breaks.

account wide dungeon teleports are nice. its not groundbreaking but itll just feel nice.

Thank you for the video. It makes a difference when someone gives examples after giving and explanation, and you sir, have done an excellent job!

One thing you didn't mention : you can now switch to "normal" flight WITHIN Dragon Isle ! I always found Dragonflying annoying when I just wanted to harvest mats, but now you can actually just use regular flying and it makes for a much better experience!

I'm most hyped about the transmog changes.

OMG, the character/camera collision feature looks amazing

Remix needs a lot of changes to be good in other expansions, it was okay but nothing incredible honestly. And having some stuff be insanely OP and therefore meta (lifestorm and searing light in raids) to the point where nothing else even compares is boring af ngl.

YES TRANSMOG! I had a bunch of chars for mount and mog farming so happy to see the armor type not matter anymore. Damn I actually want to try the Blizz UI kinda excited to try and cut my addon usage way down on pre-patch.

This makes me happy. I hate starting a toon at the start of an xpac and not realllly enjoying them after s1. But god im not going to refarm all the catchup stuff again just to play a new class. I've also never been so keen to try every class again.

Warband completed quests is a huge change that I love!

Not to down you, but you need to equip them to get the achievment, then kill Illidan on TW to get the quest with the transmog. It is not like the other gear. So yea, not gonna happen.

Oh my god, I can finally have Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury added to my appearances. I had sadly gotten it on my Belf Mage right after running it with my Belf Hunter.

If I remember right, a couple builds ago? Maybe less? They actually added a mount to collecting all the new Skyriding Glyphs. So there is a cosmetic reason to still do them beyond just achivements

These Warband changes (especially the currency exchange and warband bank) sounds absolutely amazing for people like me who’s main enjoyment comes from leveling alts

Shifting my random 300-1700 or whatever time-warp badges on my various 25 characters to one to be able to easily upgrade heirloom gear without having to do it every other time-walking event will certainly be helpful. Does mean time-walking will heavily favour alt-o-holics going forward; but only slightly more than before.

I want more remix types after this. its amazing that we can get all the mog with a few clicks with bronze. Give me a BFA one and give us the chance to get the auction house mount again for bronze also the annoying toys that are super low chance with the old god zone changes. Also Lich king to easily get the mounts people have been trying to get for years.

I see the course of wow changing. It's been a long time coming but the storm is finally starting to break. Excited for the future gamers and I hope you are too!

I wonder when they gonna rewamp achievements tab its 15 years old and nonintuitive and its hard to find anything there, and even not all achievements are in achievements tab which is weird. Try to find Looking for Multitudes achivement on new account if u didnt complete it yet, good luck.

Eeeek so excited to hear about the leveling changes - Pandaria Remix should be lightning fast for leveling, and even the non-remix game version will feel much quicker. As an altoholic all these changes sound wonderful.

I really appreciate these videos. I don't play WoW all that much and when I do i'm always incredibly confused as to what's going on. Upgrade points are back, they're gone, they're back, they're gone, etc. Your videos do a great job of highlighting the most important changes and giving a short, succinct description of what was changed. Finally. I have like 50k timewarped badges accross 30+ characters.

From what I saw on beta though, the class transform tokens work on warband, but specific class drop armor pieces (like HFC) do not.

Holy shit the arena lever sounds like such a considerate and well thought out change. Best PvP update since MoP lmao.

As somone who hates dragonriding i am glade they are keeping the option to do the og flying.

I mostly play plate classes, and I love running old dungeons/raids for achievements and transmogs. I recently starting toying with both a rogue and a warlock and realized that I have far, FAR more transmog options on my plate boys and girls. I've actually thought about farming a bit on other classes, but I didn't really even know where to start. Now, I don't have to. After this it will just be "grab what you wanna play and go farm" and then I'll have a ton of options when I fire up an alt. Liking this change :)

I hope this war band stuff is exactly what they said it was because they said it would extend to questing the main story because I’m tired of things being phased for my alt tunes and then feeling like I have to do the story over again otherwise things are going to be phased so hopefully they do exactly that so that I don’t have to do the story again unless I really want to and things are automatically unphased because I already did them

These QOL changes make sense nowadays. It used to make sense to timegate mail between alts it promoted more open trade between professions and players selling mats on the AH. Simply maxing out one character was a daunting challenge, so it was easy to promote trade between players this way. But leveling a character can be done in a couple of hours and the professions have been cheapened to such a degree that the barriers between alts were nothing more than an annoyance and they failed at their purpose of being a tool that regulated the market. They've also chosen to timegate more of the character progression over the years and put more endgame content into repeatable daily quests, so you get more diminishing returns if you only play your main. It's clear that they want players leveling up tons of alts.

I wish instead of currencies being mailable, that all currencies where just account wide. GW has done it for a long time now, other games do it, just feels like a better system.

They don't want all currencies acocunt-wide, otherwise they would have done that. Things like aspects crests and flightstones won't be for example, and if they were you'd be incentivesed to make a bunch of alts, gear them, cap those currencies, and funnel your main with it.

Brooo imagine a vanilla remix where we return to the old world, and run dungeons with groups instead of dungeon finder, I know we have classic era, I just think it would be cool

Unfortunately (as of this post) WoD, Legion Raids and Molten Core and BWL and Reputation items that require specific classes to learn the appearance are not being added to your collection if you aren’t that class.

You know what other change xmog needs, mirroring the side you want with asymmetrical shoulders.

If i keep old transmogs in my mail could i get them on the 23rd and get all those transmogs?

Love all of these, Not overly a fan of leveling new alts in Pandaremix joint and then having to wait nearly an entire month after prepatch comes out to actually play them in prepatch....

As someone who uses the All The Things addon... the whole addon is essentially going to have to be completely overhauled.

I know it feels so antithetical to an MMO, but I think you should be able to do NPC missions or whatever the NPC dungeons are with your Warband!

Amazing amounts of QOL some of which I have actively been advocating for since I started playing retail a few years ago. Unfortunately for them I since stopped playing retail and whilst most of these changes (I actually quite liked hunting down the flying glyphs, a bit like aether currents, but to be honest I don't really care much either way) are positive they don't make me want to come back.

Set items being warbound is SO appreciated. I had to kill that Szazzine snake woman whatshername in Tomb of Sargeras like 15 times before she would drop the pants for my priest. THAT was hella tedious! I can't imagine how frustrating it would have been if I'd actually been raiding back then, having to grind that place every single week for like three months straight just to get the pants appearance and complete the set. Now, if only crafting reagents stopped being soulbound like it always was throughout WoW history up until whenever it was, Battle for Azeroth certainly had its fair share of that nonsense, with the sanguicells and whatnot. Crafting materials should be tradeable. There's no reason to make that stuff soulbound.

The best thing they should bring back is the dungeons per level... its so frustrating to play as a lvl 20 a dungeon that gives you nothing and u just speed run through it
