It would be like Messi having 10% passing and Messi losing the the ball in midfield that directly leads to a opponent goals, yeah that's on Messi. That's his job, playmaking. And he's the bast at that, that is why he recieved the best player award, scoring goals is a bonus for Messi, that is something you haters don't seem to comprehend, when infact it's really simple. Higuan fked up in several finals, Messi did not, Messi was pivital in Argentina reaching those finals. But none of that matters anymore, Messi won everything there is to win at the end.

He became more clutch and more involved in the game, which is something he didn't have until before Argentina won the Copa America. And to complete everything I just said he has to do something special in the copa america final this year! hopefully🙏

What I always said: If Argentina had Aguero, DiMaria and Gago available for that 2014 final, the Champion would have been Argentina.

Messi and Di Maria are the most clutch players of Argentina. There is no player better than them and the fact that Di Maria did not play in 3 finals 2014-16 Argentina did not win (Messi is not a clutch player at the level of Di Maria in the national team) and if they had a clutch striker they would have won even without Di Maria. I can't detach from this failure of 14-16 but soon Messi will be the Copa America champion once again so after that it will be almost a success vs a great success🙏

You clearly didn't watch Messi play in those finals. He was the reason why Argentina made it to the finals in the first place. In the end when Di maria was replaced in Qatar 2022 they still won against France. Messi played really good in the copa 2016 final he even had 5 goals and 4 assists in the whole tournament, Without Di maria. His teammates just let him down. You are clearly very blind and ignorant. Higuan just ruined everything.
