BACK & BICEP DAY:
- 4x10 lateral pull downs
- 4x10 Rear Delt Flys
- 4x10 Bent Over Rows
- 4x10 Bicep Curls
- 4x10 Back Ups
GLUTES DAY:
- 4x10 Leg Press
- 4x10 Glute Extension
- 4x10 Hip Thrusts
- 4x SUPERSET
- 10 right lunges
- 10 Sumo squats
- 10 left lunges
CHEST, SHOULDERS, & TRICEPS DAY:
- 4x10 Pec Flys
- 4x10 Chest Press
- 4x10 Tricep Extension
- 4x10 Overhead Shoulder Press
- 4x10 Tricep Kick Backs
CORE DAY: (repeat circuit 4 times)
- 20 shoulder taps
- 20 hip dips

- 30 sec plank
- 30 sec superman
