Sorta regret not playing a sport in college, yet totally fine laying in bed at 7:30pm on a Tuesday night, living vicariously through you and your teammates

These work outs bring back so many memories haha I did D1 rowing and pretty much had the same work out schedule. Just a little tip on the rowing machine (hate that thing) when you go forward, wait for the handle to pass your knees before bending them. It will feel awkward at first, but bad technique can really mess your back /knees up.

You inspire me to be my best and keep training hard and stay healthy

You ladies are beasts, and it all makes sense after this video in how intense you are on the field (sometimes a little too intense), it was hard to see you miss out on your last game but if you are gonna miss one at least it was for a bada** reason like too many yellow cards (also that check on number 9 of OSU looked more like rugby lol). Anyway it was a pleasure watching you and your amazing team on and off the field and I wish you the best!!!
