Here is a video of three intermediate/advanced bicep exercises as well as bench press tips to help increase your one max PR. Here are the three exercises below:
Hammer Curl Super Set:
- 3 sets x 12 reps (Each Arm)
21's:
- 2 sets x 21 reps
Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curls:
- 3 sets x 8 - 12 reps (Each Arm)
