That was the premise for an elimination workout with Born To Run Track Club recently at the Austin High Track.
With runners representing a handful of high school schools across the central Texas region, the effort lived up to the billing, with surprise exits, big moves and a surprising victory.
Workout:
Opening 800m
Successive Eliminations After Each 200m
Last runner standing wins
Total Distance: 3,000 meters (12 runners)
