Thank you Michelle! We don't speak German here but we have no problem following your exercise! We even tried to learn to count in German with you 😅 You packed a full body workout in 23 minutes! I love that you demonstrate all movement with beautiful alignment. And as an added bonus, you featured a nice location of your city. We are under Covid lock down here. The fact that the workout are shot outside with the sun shining really help lift the spirit. 🧡 Your yoga video with David is also a particular favourite. The presence of a male made it easy for my adult son and his girl friend follow you two and did the workout. 🤩 Really hope we get to see more outdoor workout like these in the future. Thank you for so generously sharing your art and your expertise! All the best in safe returning to stage to you and your company!
