So funny, I thought the same thing regarding the boxes! One year in my home daycare I had ordered some new toys for playground & I used the boxes to make "box bots" they could slip over their head & holes for their arms, for the 3 boys in my daycare. They absolutely had a blast with them!

Good morning, Laura. What a beautiful way to start your day! You might want to think about how fast the children are growing before you order expensive furniture 🪑 in kid sizes. They’ll outgrow them in such a short while and in the meantime they have much more interesting places to sit and dream….the edges of the pond, boulders and tree trunks. Much more fun! Love from Nebraska 💕

This has been on my heart since you got your pond so please take my story into consideration with your kids: My parents had a pool before I was born. It was fenced in and locked. I was also in swim lessons since I was 3 (it saved my life). They always said “don’t swim in the pool without someone with you.” This particular hot day my uncle was watching me (age4) and my cousin (also 4). We decided we wanted to go swimming. My uncle was in the front yard talking to my neighbor non the wiser of our intention. Me and my cousin put on our floaties and found away over the locked fence into the pool. I jumped in but my cousin did not. My parents said SOMEONE should be with me so my 4 year old brain thought my cousin was enough. I don’t know how long I was drowning but if I didn’t go to swim lessons and knew to push off the bottom of the pool I would be dead. My cousin somehow got out of the pool area, over the fence, and went to her dad. He asked “where’s Kierra?” And she said “swimming.” He rescued me but so many things could have gone wrong. I wanted to share my experience to give you a warning of how quickly and silent downing happens. Please be VERY watchful-especially of Samantha Grace.

Thank you for commenting this…it was on my heart…but thought I’d go and check the comments to see if I was the only one, that would bring *the negative stigma*. Im sure Laura and Aaron are aware of the dangers of having *a watering hole in the yard with their children….I personally know a family that had the misfortune of losing one of their daughters to drowning…it only took a couple of minutes and that’s all it took for an eternity of the what ifs and could of’s. It’s so important to teach our children to swim, even when their babies….it can and will save their lives. Sending love to Laura and Aaron and family. 😘❤️🙏🏼🌺🐾🐾🐾

I love the chairs. I like how they don’t deep so far down in the back. It would make it easier for this old lady to get out of it. ☺️

No doubt Aaron is planning to add Christmas lights on the gorgeous evergreens around the pond! 🎄Love all your videos so much but gotta say the vids that include anything pond related are my new favorites! Blessings and grace to you all.

I like that there is open spaces around the pond. It looks more natural than having every space filled in with plants.

I'd be putting on some hip waders to get in the pond 😉... later in the year that water might get a bit chilly 😂. The area looks amazing ! So peaceful and tranquil. Happy Gardening 👩‍🌾

I love the footage of Laura working hard in the pond and panning to Aaron breaking in the chairs 😂 Can we please see an up close shot of the water lilies? Thank you! Your videos are a big part of my wellbeing, and I may not ever accomplish a fraction of what you guys do, I feel so blessed just to see all the possibilities!

I love the pond area. It looks great. Your plants look like they have been there a long time. The sound of the water just sooths the soul. You need some Keen brand water shoes, they work great. I love the sitting area and I am looking forward to the paver installation. What a great video. Love it. Have a blessed day everyone.

What a perfect way to start the day. How lovely it would be to have a cup of coffee and my devotions by a pond. ❤
