While I absolutely love the blade design, I think the handle is absolutely brutal. Why design a knife to chop but design the handle so that it’s nearly impossible to three finger chop?? Great review!

I own it love it got one off first batch im replacing it with a dark timber cave bear I scored love your vids that is a great knife.

victor lin from from work tuff gear contacted me after I sent WTG many messages. He told me only 12 units went on sale and they were from the previous batch. He says I must keep in mind these are limited editions (Splatter edition). He further said that they are trying to get 300 units for October. The thing is Im not worried bout limited edition or not. I dont want a blacked out knife and when I want to purchase a tool to do the job I want to purchase it now for a up and coming survival and bushcraft camp. Now I am forced to look for something else that I most likely not like. I feel I was robbed of an opportunity.

@@stephangrobler5524 wow if they only had 12 would have been better to just post for sale instead of announcing the drop on social media. I had been checking the site multiple times daily for months. Might have gotten lucky that way. I did not want the black out version either but I am willing to settle if the rerelease it again . I think I am going to try and avoid these designer knives from now. Seems like they just want to make collectors items out of these blades.

Great video. Dave Puzon is an awesome designer, craftsman and a nice guy (also a vet hooah!). Check out his leather work for this for this bad boy!! absolutely amazing . The stock Sheath is not that good, but it can be fixed with a cheap heat gun from Harbor Freight, some zip ties and a few drop leg attachments (tool belt section) from Menards. You nailed it about the choil being a bit uncomfortable but a little sand paper could fix that.

Really want one, I wish production was a little quicker with work tuff though.

I’ve given up on work tuff gear, every time i see something I like or want it’s sold out or unavailable. You reviewers might be able to get them, I can’t. I now go with companies that make enough stock for anyone that wants it. I don’t have the time to sit by the computer waiting for products to drop.

If your looking for a sweet leather sheath Dave puzon on Facebook the guy who designed it makes sweet leather sheaths for it i have one.

Want to badly get my hands on one. On the WTG site they advertised the puzon splatter coming late March. Then this morning the date has been moved to October. Its frustrating cause now I might have to consider another knife instead. I messaged WTG and they just dont reply.

They dropped it on March 31 at 8pm est and it sold out in 5min. I had it in my cart and it sold out before I finished entering my payment info.😡 maybe they will start doing pre orders or back orders so more people can get one.

These are from a company called HISSEA. I Did a review on them a year or so ago.

Is this going to require babysitting so it doesn't get rusty? Doesn't sound like a stainless variant. Thank you for the vid; definitely a cool, practical looking knife except for the rust issue.

I'd love to get one, but they are always out of stock...grrrr!
