Thank you, Dr Kim. You have really cleared up many years of "bad" doctrine that has had me often paralyzed in my walk with the Lord. It is God who works in a person that is born again. Also, we are His "workmanship". Thank you again and God bless you and your family.

Pastor Kim,can you please do a video on the term “lukewarm Christian”?

Watching your videos really helps endure waiting for the rapture! On top of praying, studying and reading the Bible. Not sure if I've saved anyone, I'm not a person people listen too it's just that way. I have tried though, but I don't have a strong voice but if I get an open ear I'll try.

Gene Kim, how can God be the beginning and the end if he always exists

I have a serious question, Dr. Kim. I am a dispensationalist and teach, but even with the Jews, it was clearly denoted that God's salvatory plan was through faith from the beginning, not works - in fact, God clearly declared that it would be impossible; even in the context of Tribulation, work is not connected with salvation. I am having an impression that Jews are saved through works when applying those Scriptures via dispensationalist perspective; I hope you can clarify it. Thanks.

Dr. Gene, thank you for your clearly explained teaching. Please explain the letters to the seven churches by Jesus in the Book of Revelation in this context. Thank you.

Mike Dell I think I can shed some light on what Jesus said to a couple of the churches, and if you keep this in mind when you read what He said to the others, it will make sense. Rev 2:4. ...because thou has left thy first love. What causes us to fall in love with Christ? His goodness, His forgiveness, His love for us. 5, remember from where you are fallen, repent.... So, where are we fallen from? From Grace by going back under the law (works) Galatians 5:4 ...and do the first works... John 6:29. The works of God are this, that you believe in the One He has sent. Which is Jesus. ...or I will come quickly and remove your candlestick....Now many people see this as removing their salvation, but it's not. Light, or candle is understanding, revelation of Truth. But in this case it is influence He is threatening to remove. So they can't influence others to turn to works mixed with Grace. 7, ...to him who overcomes...Notice He says that to everyone of the 7 churches with a promise to reign with Him. Overcome : if you look in 1John 5:4-5 you'll see that overcome is overcoming the world, not overcoming sin as many like to point out. No one overcomes sin. And you'll see that we DO overcome the world by believing in Christ. Also know that the same guy wrote 1John and the book of Revelation. John. Another one: Revelation 3:16-18. The lukewarm church. Focusing on 18, I council you to buy of me gold tried in the fire... gold represents Righteousness, holiness. This church had their own righteousness (which is by the works of the law, and not HIS righteousness which is by faith in Christ--Philippians 3:9) Another one is revelation 3:3. Remember how thou has received and heard. Do we receive salvation by our works or by the hearing of faith? By faith, and He is warning them to get back to faith. Also look at Revelation 2:26...he that keeps MY WORKS, Jesus' works, not their own. I think that should get you started. God bless.

PASTOR IS THERE any church in the los angeles area that i can go to that beleive exactly what your church teaches that i can go to??

Pastor Gene, during this present church age, are the Jews saved by grace through faith too and not by works? How is the gospel ministry of the other Apostles to the Jews (e.g. Peter, James & John) different from the Apostle Paul’s gospel? Also, when we read those non-Pauline epistles, are we to read them as applicable to gentile Christians too?

Pastor Kim, I'd like your take on a site I find interesting called mud fossil university. There are many interesting thing being discovered in the earth past and present including the earth actually birthing what could be an actual dragon...I know it sounda crazy but it's very interesting, this person Roger is looking for the truth as oposses to what we have been taught, he believes in Jesus and is trying to open people's eyes...I really would like to hear what you think....

Born again Christians go with the raptures. All these denominations are just wrong. When you believe the Gospel (1Cor 15:1-4) you are baptised into Christ body. You are a child of God. You are sealed with the holy Spirit. What I advice you to do is show them the beginning of Romans 10, show them they try to establish their own righteousness, they are IGNORANT of God’s righteousness. Denominations are ALL man made .. Catholicism is very deceptive .. that being said if someone is truly born again they are saved so I like to hope that many individuals deceived in the catholic religion are saved I do not believe the ones up top are whatsoever or anyone deep into Catholicism doctrine because of the idol worship and trusting in your own works.. But for someone to say "I am in the catholic faith" that is meaningless towards salvation They may practice the catholic religion .. just like there maybe baptists who practice the baptist religion But you MUST BE BORN AGAIN... Not stuck in dead religion Ephesians 4:4-6 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; [5] One Lord, one faith, one baptism, [6] One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

BBC International Well at that point however, they may not be a real practicing Catholic but may be under its label. Though let’s assume they are a practicing Catholic and believed on Christ alone through faith for salvation contradictory to what their Church teaches, but practices the rosary, involved in the sacraments of penance, communion (sacrificial), confirmation, infant baptism, idols, prayers for the dead, kneeling at an alter, etc. what say you Pastor Kim? -or would these too be considered works (blasphemous ones I should say) which would disqualify them?

@Jack Spalden I don't think a born again believer will come back to this kind of stuff again, because I used to be catholic but I got saved last year and now I'm an Ex-Catholic, I never have any hope being RC but when I finally found Jesus which I Believe and Trust in him alone for my salvation of what he done for me on the cross.. I never felt so free and have hope and alive in spirit before, I finally know where I'm going.. I'm not afraid anymore :D This doesn't really answer your question but I thought sharing this from an Ex-Catholic might help :)

Jack Spalden yes! This. See my parents are Catholic. We’ve had many a discussion. My mom told me that I need to stop the foolish talk of a rapture. She’s a mocker and scoffer. But she does know Jesus died to save her. I’m just trying to settle it in my mind. I hope she does not have to stay for the trib. But she does believe in pergatory and prays to Mary and says the rosary and calls priests father.
