This is a very American view. In most parts of Europe people work as much as they need to and enjoy a robust social life which is more important to them

No man lies on his deathbed wishing he spent more time at the office. Work/Life balance is essential to 90% of the world. Hustle-culture enthusiasts sell a dream not based in reality for most people. Have some cake, take a nap, go see a movie, play with your kids and find time to work out. Everything in moderation. Only 24 hours in a day, choose them wisely.
Having a Work life balance is FOR EMPLOYEES not CAPITAL/Business OWNERS like the speaker. Owners can do what ever they like when ever they like. Employees work to eat and have shelter and can end up homeless if they don’t work enough. forget the reality of TIME OFF when you don’t know where you are going to sleep the next day.

@@gabelincoln3608 You're proud of wasting 70 hours of your week to make other people rich?
I think if you want to get super rich then his mentality makes sense but not everyone is aspiring to that. I’m not interested in spending my entire life working and I’m comfortable with my lifestyle.

Yes happiness is the goal
Not all men need to become “Top G” Having family/friends/social life=fulfillment
JWALLER is a warrior, I have his and the Tate brothers backs, Andrew and Tristan Tate are being framed. I'm going to the Philippines the end of July, got plans, starting a business.
I work 7 days a week and all my child hood friends don’t hear from me anymore. They all go on endless vacations and go out on weekends and when they do talk to me they say u have to take a break and enjoy urself. Im on a path to greatness not my fault they ain’t cut from my cloth. 🤷🏾♂️

That's all good for a certain amount of time. You don't want to be living the dream when you're too old to move and have cancer. Do things while you're still young.

@@TheRichie213 I work this hard to not have to work as hard in 10 years… that’s the problem with young ppl today they don’t have a plan and no ambition. that’s what separates 1 percent from the 99 percent. I have a plan to work now and relax and play later. Im not working this hard with no end game. I’ll take my breaks every 3 months but as long as I’m fit young and full of energy and ideas Ima bust my ass and execute. And also why have the negative mindset by saying cancer and all that.. smh ppl with ur mindset always think the worst when someone expresses how hard they work to hit their goal.

@@Understandme44 I'm 42. I did it all when I was young. When you're young with energy and good looks is the best time to have fun. When you get older your joints will start hurting, you'll want to be around less people and your mindset will be different. All the fun crazy stuff I did when I was younger I would never do today. If I died today I would be very satisfied that I lived it up. Just don't wait too long is all I'm saying.

@@TheRichie213 well I have a plan. I’m not saying I’m not having fun but there’s a time for that. I rather work as hard as I can and take risk while I’m young then reach my 40s and wish I had worked harder and took more risk earlier in life.

As always solid, logical information and then Lost me when we started talking about “energy and vibe” and hocus locus astrology 😂
Every man should strive to have this mind set and will make you more fulfilling and accomplished, this just shows hard work pays off
I hear Americans don't even get paid leave whereas in the UK we get at least 4 weeks paid leave, sick pay, maternity/paternity pay, carers leave, grievance etc. Much more support for your personal life.
Where can I watch the full interview of this
They throw the word work around too lightely. If you dont get sweaty or it its not physical in nature, what you call work really isnt work. It just mentally exhausting mental tasks. So yea its easy to say i want to "work" 6 days a week when your sitting on your ass 10+plus hours a day as compared to a cement worker who actually has to do something other than push buttons for a living.
I admire his drive but this mentality is why most Americans have horrible health physically and mentally. Europeans are genuinely happier because they have better work-life balance
There is no balance. Just roll with it.
Damn right Aunt Sally 😂
If grinding is your happiness, then balancing your life is bs because you already enjoyed working, if you didn't enjoy your job, you need work life balance

But your children need you, your wife needs you, or maybe even your community. I may not want to spend time with family, but its absolutely necessary
The way he punched his hand when talking about his interactions with women. That could easily be taken out of context in a hilarious way 😂
God made us to do nothing and enjoy paradise. Let that sink in for a min.
Damn Waller you savage lol!!!
I think its the drive that creates the vibe
The problem is the female will try to change the man from what she met him as. A man always wants a female not to change and stay the same. But she changes. And a female always wants the man to change. And when he changes she leaves him.
Lol. You see this chick in red almost creaming herself on the spot from being close to Justin. She FEELS his masculinity emulating
nope you can have a normal job and be good, seen bothsides of the coin growing up, as long your not lazy, doing nothing on your free time, being resposible with your life and money, nothing wrong with that. I also had the other side were my step father work long hours to succeed, difference was we had access to other things and there was a more bussiness like approach to how we solved house hold issues. I think the issue women are taught today that a man needs to be on infinately making more which is not possible unless your not around. Same applies to women who think the end and be all is not stopping.
Time over money all the way.
I don’t agree with this. Life is about balance period or one part is going fail. So this kind of a personal experience.
I disagree with the “ passion “ word. I believe , your drive for success should be your motivation for continuous work and preparation
So sad that you think that way. It’s funny that most of these same people are the ones that are always crying about fatherless children. Divorce isn’t the only way of your children becoming emotionally drained of their father’s presence. But it seems that “real men” focus their passion on their work over their family. Again… sad.
Sounds like a guy with kids or a Wife. 💯
Reading the world street journal is not work.
Fellas pay attention.

He’s a victim. People who work for a *salary* needs work life balance. But I do agree with absorbing women or men for my case. Women have to think about that too. We get stragglers but for the men we like and respect, we have to be doing the right things. To the girl, it’s not about pAsSioN, it’s about GOALS
No hate I don’t like Amber
I bet none of them have children. I would change in a heart beat enjoying time with my daughters over owning a Bugatti! Curiously, these are the same people talking about fatherlessness. Being always absent working is as detrimental to your children’s development as the father not living there. Family, real friends, actual romance with your partner, these are the things most European live for. And with a significantly higher average financial level.

This is not helpful. I think all the skilled tradesmen, nurses, and many other people face palmed listening to these people talk about "work." What a joke. If you think I'm off base, go and educate yourself about the current labor shortage, and the current projections for the years ahead. I live in Canada, but I'm confident the numbers are very similar for the US.
Work-life balance ⚖️ exist but the problem is that people believe too much on everything 50% - 50%. If work-life balance would not exist you would be t a rich man on your way to the grave 🪦. If you have time to sleep, have sex, eat, watch a movie and visit family, that is work-life balance.
What a pile of garbage! Work life balance is incredibly important, otherwise you lose out on the important things in life. Don't work your life away. Find the right balance
