Great content on this video Ronnie. Amen my guy! this is exactly my thinking. I admire what you've done and kicking myself that I haven not made my channel sooner. Although, I have rental properties and it brings in good income now to pay for my mortgage and then some. But Writing (Creator heheh), Etsy, Social and YT are my next ventures.

Hi, appreciate the info. Very timely for me too. Few questions. What is the rough breakdown of the 1,400 from the four main sources? What do you use to draw up the plans? Thanks for sharing.

Almost half from plans, Amazon not too much, the rest split about even. I use Paint.net to create the pages then convert to pdf.

Just subscribed. I toyed with selling stuff on Etsy before but haven’t gotten quite there yet as I’m about to retire next month. I’d like to take your advice on selling plans. Do you have have a video walking people through the process of actually selling things like plans on Etsy? I’ve got the impression that it’s not as easy as it might appear or, as it should be. Lol. Thanks in advance.

I don't have a video on that. There are plenty of videos about Etsy. It does take some time to get traction. You can speed that up by paying Etsy for ads, whatever your budget allows. The steps I do are plan the build, meaning, think ahead and plan out what photos to take at each step. Then I create a pdf and upload to Etsy. There is a learning curve. Most people won't put in the effort to learn, and they are missing out on a great opportunity. I wish you success! Be patient with it. Oh, and thanks for subscribing and supporting the channel.

I create PDF's with photos of each stage of the build and detailed explanations.
