Woodworking. How to Make an unusual coffee Table. Part 1
In this woodworking project, I will show you how to make a table. This will not be an ordinary table. Its design came to me while milling ash with a live edge. We milled this ash with a chainsaw about two years ago (.Logs to Lumber: 200 YEAR OLD TREE. Alaskan Chainsaw Milling) - I'll leave the link below. Two cracks bisected by the slab pushed me towards the unusual design of this live edge coffee table.
For milling, I use a router sled from the TOT company. This router sled is very easy to use and has a good dust extraction system.
For such cracks on the wood, we use bow tie joints , but not this time.
And I will also show how to cut a circle on bandsaw and many other tips and tricks. Enjoy .

Нравится очень Ваш особо тщательный подход к делу и задумки всегда гениальные) 👍
I can’t wait for part 2….
Although little bit more labor intensive then to do butterfly joints i would go for this design at sny time. It makes the whole project looks completely unique👌🏼

Lavoro fantastico 👍👋🇮🇹
Looking forward to the finish, that's a beautiful dog you have.
Amazing job. Vivement la suite .
I love most that love and take a minute for your dog. Great video also.
Amazing job
I've seen this kind of curved wood inlay before, but it was only inlaid at the ends with the rest of the curve being used to fill in the gap between two bits ... I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with this ... I'm certain it'll be fantastic, as usual 👍
I absolutely love what I have seen so far & am really eagerly awaiting 'part 2'. You are such a creative thinker. Cheers, Don from South Aust.
This is a very advanced superior technology that’s combines art and engineering
Hi 👋, That is a great looking 👀 project, I thought you might be putting brass or epoxy in, but the light wood is still looking 👀 great,
If I had a shop like yours, I'd never go to sleep.
That's looking really good, can't wait to see it all finished. Say hi to Jackie for me he's such a good boy, a real gentle giant I'm sure. Stay safe and well all of you and all of Ukraine. Slava Ukraini!
